TERMS & CONDITIONS (FOR CANDIDATE PLACEMENT) With reference to your personnel requirements, we are pleased to submit our terms and conditions, for offering our services, as follows: Our charges for each candidate's placement with your organization will be NIL for every level of candidates. The Salary is considered to be as CTC per month for the particular candidate. Over and above, a service tax is applicable on the Service charges, as per Government norms. Candidates will be sent according to the requirement of your organization as referred in Requisition form, and selection will be made for the position out of those candidates only which are sent by us. No other HR consultancy shall be hired for selection of candidate for that particular position. You shall provide us with the complete details of the candidate(s) appointed through CRIMSON GROUP viz. Date of joining, Designation and Compensation - CTC of the candidate; maximum within 3 days from the date of his/her appointment. In case any of the resumes sent by us to you is already in your stock or you have received the same through any other source, you shall inform us about the same by email, within 3 days from the date of receipt, else it will be presumed considered from CRIMSON GROUP. Once your organization has taken the contact detail of any candidate from CRIMSON GROUP or if he/she has been invited for an interview, through our Resource 1

In case any of the resumes sent by us to you is already in your stock or you have received the same through any other source, you shall inform us about the same by email, within 3 days from the date of receipt, else it will be presumed considered from CRIMSON GROUP.

Once your organization has taken the contact detail of any candidate from CRIMSON GROUP or if he/she has been invited for an interview, through our Resource Department, such candidate(s) if selected by your organization will be in CRIMSON GROUP account exclusively.

The resumes sent to your organization will remain the asset of CRIMSON GROUP until:

The candidate(s) has not left his/her present employment and continues to work in the same organization, which stated in his/her resume, sent to you by CRIMSON GROUP.

OR, Period of 12 months from the date of resume(s) sent to you by CRIMSON GROUP, whichever is later.

You shall provide us with the Details/Reasons of the Rejected Candidates, within 3 Days from: a) the date of receipt of the CVs OR b) the date of Interview held, as the case may be, respectively.

You shall give PROPER UPDATION to CRIMSON GROUP on Regular basis about the candidate(s), those short-listed by your company, from the beginning till the final selection/rejection of the candidate(s), as the case may be.
