1. Scope

This hand receipt manual provides a listing onpreprinted DA Form 2062 (Hand Receipt) of ac-countable end items/COEI, BII, and AAL itemsrelated to the 5-ton M809 series diesel trucks listedon the cover of this manual.

2. General

Section II of this manual is an overprinted DA Form2062 consisting of a listing of the End Item/Compo-nents of End Items (COEI), Basic Issue Items (BII),and Additional Authorization List (AAL) items ex-tracted from TM 9-2320-260-10. The listings consistof exactly the same items and are in the same se-quence as the End Item/COEI, BII and AAL listingsin the operator’s manual. The overprinted DA Form2062 will aid the property accountability officers inpreparation of hand receipts referred by AR 710-2.Local reproduction of the overprinted DA Form2062 is authorized, Units should insure that localpolicies are adhered to in respect to the reproduc-tion of the DA Form 2062 by local office copyingequipment; field printing plant; and duplicatingplant facilities.
