All Migrant students require a unique ID and be entered in your student information system and have the TIC program code in field 5 of the program fact template. All children that are identified on the migrant family’s certificate of eligibility must have a unique ID, including children birth – 2 and Out of School Youth of any age, including those 18-21.

Do all Migrant Students need a unique ID or only the students that are served in grades Pre K - 12?
