Focus:What is time management? Time management is how you manage your

time wisely.

How is time management useful?Are you stressed out every night doing your

work during the late hours? If the answer is yes, then you need to pay close attention.

Time management will help you organize your time so that you can get your work done. Time management will provide you a good sense of what you need to do in order to progress and accomplish your goals.

How to manage your timeIn order to get your work done so that you

have time to do other tasks, you need to follow these steps:

1. Do the simple objectives first.2. Do the hard things next.3. Take 10 minutes every hour to unwind.

Review your findings Ask your self:1. Were you shocked to find out how much

time you have spent on one particular thing?

2. Why am I spending so much time on one specific thing?

3. How can I improve and manage my time better in my everyday life?

Focus: What are goals? Goals are some thing you want to achieve,

yet they may take time and effort to meet. There are two types of goals: Long term and

Short term.

Long term goalsLong term goals are goals that will take you at

least a month to achieve.

Example: If your goal is to become a teacher, you need to do following: do well in school , get a masters degree, become certified by the state that you want to work in, then look for a job in a school that you are certified to teach in.

Short term goalsShort Term goals are something you aim to

complete with in a short period of time, like completing your homework before dinner.

Establishing & achieving your goalsStep 1: Established your goals and right them down in a book or journal. Step 2: Apply steps to these goals so you can achieve them faster. Step 3: Every time you accomplish a step you must check it off. Step 4: When you have completed all of the steps, that means you have met your goal!!
