View the current issue of the Timarron Newsletter on the 1st day of each month at www.PEELinc.com DON'T FORGET 12th Annual Timarron Garage Sale April 20th and 21st 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM WHERE: Your Garage WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: Get your trash & treasures ready to sell … Buy some balloons and put them on your mailbox when you want to be open … And turn your oldies but goodies into cash! PREVIEW/PRESALE NIGHT: Back by popular demand! Your fellow Garage Salers in Timarron will be able to preview the merchandise on Thursday, April 19th. Put out your balloons between the hours of 4:00-8:00 PM; when you are ready for shoppers. AFTER THE SALE: The Second Glance Resale Shop, which benefits the Open Arms Home, Inc., battered women’s shelter, will be happy to receive your clothing & household items in good condition and provide you with a tax receipt. You can have your items picked up by calling 817-909-8765 (ask for Albert or leave a message). Managers Message The response to the Inside Timarron Newsletter has been very positive. As Homeowners, I encourage you to take ownership of this newsletter. Make it into an instrument that will provide benefit in the communication and community fostered by its publication. The objective is for Inside Timarron to show up in your mailbox on a monthly basis. Please share your thoughts and ideas concerning the content. If you are interested in helping with the newsletter, please call the office at 817-424-3027. This issue is packed full of useful information. We have received several calls wanting to know the standard Timarron color for the wooden fences. The answer to that question is contained within. Based on your CC&R’s there are no other acceptable colors for the wooden fences! There are many outdoor activities in Colleyville and Southlake, a Neighborhood Watch meeting, and Landscaping Tips but most important I would like to know how well you do on the Wine Quiz. Please make note of the vacancies in the list of Delegates. George Bernard Shaw said, “I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the community, and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it whatever I can”. Consider this an invitation to serve your neighborhood. Take a look at the vacancies. Could this could be you? The Mission of the Timarron Owners Association is to provide its members a superior residential development with amenities, policies, and standards which maintain the quality of life for its neighborhoods, maximize the property values of its homeowners, and provie uniform administration and enforcement of its polices The principle points of focus to fulfill the mission are to: Administer strict but fair enforcement of covenants and restrictions Maintain the high standards of Timarron landscaping and infrastructure Respond to property owners particular needs and ideas Maintain accountability to the elected neighborhood delegates Mission Statement

On your time, at your home.At Destination Health, it’s about personal care. When you’re sick, the doctor is available for you, 24/7/365. Need a specialist? We’ll find you the best, set the appointment and even go with you.To us, it’s more than medical care, it’s caring made personal. An annual retainer makes it all possible. It’s a new approach to old-fashioned care where your well- being is always important, but it’s never left to chance.

New patients now being accepted.
