These have included leading a 20-man crew to construct a 120m long bridge and wharf load-out facility, overseeing all aspects of the jobs from start to finish and many other projects, and overseeing piling and barge operations on resources sector projects all over Australia, New Zealand, PNG, and Guam. As well as strong technical skills, my background on the tools allows me to work effectively with frontline personnel, keeping the team on schedule whilst always demonstrated a commitment to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) within the Crane and Construction Industry. Piling and Construction Supervisor for Innisfail Wharf demolition and re-construction:

• Site mobilization/demobilization

• Liaison with client and local council

• Organisation of local contractors and equipment

• Removing 60Ton sunken fishing trawler

• Demolition of existing wharf structure

• Installing 60 vertical piles

• Installing/removal of 70 sheet piles used for a coffer dam

• Constructing underwater staircase (with the use of the coffer dam)

• Setting up deck false work on sand jacks

• form work/concrete works

Construction Supervisor, Japanese Embassy in PNG:

• Site mobilization/demobilization

• Liaison with client/ daily meetings

• Organising a crew of 10 daily per starts/JHAs/daily tasks

• Utilisation of excavators/loaders/dump trucks/concrete pump trucks

• 320 x 1500 diameter wet piles

• Site set up Rigging of 60ton Crawler/Bg39

• Utilisation of Bauer BG39 drill-rig for drilling out casings

Barge Master Wharf for wharf extension for Puma Energy:

• Barge set up

• Installing 50m long walkways, fenders

• Driving 40x 48m raker / vertical piles

• Construction of refuelling arms

2013 - 2015

• Piling and Barge Supervisor for Tropical Reef shipyard upgrade. The job involved about 80 vertical,

raker piles and 170m long sheet pile wall.

• Piling and Drilling Supervisor in the Northern territory for Limmen River bridge/ Bing Bong wharf load

out facility total piles 130

• Piling Supervisor/ Barge Master utilising multiple barges, drill rigs and cranes to construct part of the

Brisbane River walk 20 piles in total some with 0 tolerates.

• Barge Master/piling supervisor for temporary berthing and mooring set-up for Jandenuls Dredging Ship

berth. Involving 50 piles and multiple heavy lifts up to 60t some lifts where dual lifts with two barges

involved.

2011 - 2013

• Piling Supervisor for construction off a barge for a temporary mooring set up in Gladstone 35

piles in total with 3 dolphin’s with raker piles.

• Piling Supervisor for construction of 190m x 12m 8-span bridge over Daly River in NT

• With the utilisation of working off our temporary bridge system

• Installing around 70 Vertical and 16 raker piles

• Utilising a pile top drill rig to drill out and create a rock socket

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Turning around underperforming projects

• Leading on-site safety initiatives such as JHAs, toolbox talks and pre-starts
