RECOMMENDATIONSTo create more effective projects, a study should be
conducted to determine comparative advantages of the two countries.
Instead of local, project-level approach, a more comprehensive, policy-level approach should be adopted.
Projects should be decided and coordinated with central authority.
More frequent bilateral meetings should be organized to evaluate and monitor cooperation projects.
An effective credit mechanism should be developed for large-scale projects in industry, mining, transportation and construction sectors.
