Have mandated delegation from the Runanga to work in partnership with the Crown in the co-purchasing, co-monitoring, co-planning and co-consultation of Maori (including mainstream) health and disability services that are being planned for and/or operate within te rohe o Ngati Whatua.
Being cognizant of our Treaty based mandate at the core of our work Tihi Ora MaPO are tasked to work in partnership with the Crown to ensure that te iwi o Ngati Whatua is able to manaaki all residing within its rohe.
