Report on 2 ProjectsCompleted for the CIRTL 2 Grant

• TIGER workshops: one hour, weekly, six to seven workshops per semester

• Pedagogy course development plan: study of existing courses, development of new CIRTLish course, implementation of new course for Department of Environmental Studies

(N = 55 completed feedback forms received from a total of 68 participants.)

TIGER/CIRTL Project Goals• Identify STEM pedagogy courses• Describe course content• Create a model course using CIRTL pillars• Transform current courses to incorporate pillars• Create new pedagogy courses

CIRTL at CU-Boulder

• Of 45 graduate departments at CU, 18 are STEM• Of the 18 STEM departments, 5 offer for-credit pedagogy courses• 16 STEM departments have GTP Lead TAs
