Promotion Dates: Thursdays in April, May, and June

Promotion Times: 6:00pm 6:30pm 7:00pm 7:30pm 8:00pm 8:30pm 9:00pm 9:30pm 10:00pm

Promotion Rules: This promotion is a “hot seat” drawing held in the Kansas Star Casino poker room. (A “hot seat” is a randomly selected winner. We will randomly select a winner by using a 2 step process to select the table and then the seat, we will draw cards out of an opaque bag. We will use playing cards Ace-2-3-4-5-6-7- 8 to choose the table, and another bag with Ace-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 for the seat. (Ace will represent the #1) Once every 30 minutes during the promotion (no one will be seated 5 minutes prior to a drawing) a player will be chosen.

The hot seat winner that is selected will receive $100 in casino chips. Once the winner is selected we will splash pot the table the winner is sitting on $100 too. A splash pot is free chips that are added to a pot, before the cards are dealt.

Tables at which Omaha Poker is being played are not eligible for this promotion.

Promotion Details: All monies paid during this promotion will be paid from the poker promotional fund. The Poker Supervisor or higher ranking casino official will fill out a prize certificate form. The winner of the hot seat and the winner of the splash pot will sign it. The prize certificate will be placed in the poker cash drawer to account for the splash pot payout. At the end of the shift the poker bank will reconcile with the main cage. At the end of the gaming day the certificate will be sent to audit to reconcile with the poker promotional fund.

• All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The Kansas Star Casino will be responsible for all required tax reporting and documentation.

• Employees of the Kansas Star and their immediate families are not eligible for this promotion.

• Management reserves the right to change any rules with the approval of the Kansas Lottery and the Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission.

• Management reserves the right to cancel this promotion with approvals of both the Kansas Lottery and the KRGC. Players shall be notified via data base email and room signage.

• Anyone enrolled in the Kansas Voluntary Exclusion Program is not eligible for this promotion

• Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

• Winners will be required to show valid government-issued picture identification.

• All decisions made by poker room supervisors are final.
