The Library System re- serves the right to refuse any and all bids. 3-19&26 Texas Administrative Code Section 319.303 Notice to Local Officials and Local Media Between February 25th and February 28 there was a spill of approximately 100,000 gallons of untreated domestic wastewater at the Karnes City Wastewater Treatment facility on East Main Street. The entire wastewater spill was contained ion side the facility. The cause of the spill was a lift station failed and the overflow from that piece of equipment allowed ap- proximately 100,000 gallons of untreated domestic wastewater to collect in a dry pond adjacent to the lift station. The contents of the pond were then pumped back into the lift station and the pond has since been disinfec- ted.
