Soccer Shots Make Up Day

We are holding an additional Soccer Shots session for all those enrolled in the winter session on

Tuesday, March 11th to make up for the snow day

we had on Tuesday, January 28th! All families will

be able to complete the 6 week series. Please note that we will NOT have Soccer Shots on

Tuesday, March 4th. Coach Katie will be on spring

break from Bethel.

St Patrick’s Day

Please dress your child in GREEN for Monday, March 17th as we celebrate St Patrick’s Day with

Irish music and cute crafts! School supplied snacks will be available to every class.

SBCSC Teacher Record Day

If you would like your school-aged child to attend

Good News on March 28th, just sign up in the office.

There is an additional $11 fee to your regular

weekly tuition if your child attends our After School Class everyday. If you are not enrolled, we offer

half or full day rates.

Shot Records

If your child has had a well-child check up in the last 3 months that included immunizations, you must bring an updated copy of the shot record to the office. Thank you for helping us to maintain our

files!

65 Roses Mini March

Thank you to everyone who donated funds to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in sponsorship of our children in the Mini March on February 24

th! We

walked a combined total of 88 laps as a school! We are still accepting payment envelopes until Monday,

March 10th!

Summer Camp

It’s time to register for our school-age summer camp program! We are taking phone reservations now from the community. All school districts are

welcome, but we will schedule our full program and field trips to coincide with SBCSC’s calendar. If you start mid-week, will will pro-rate your tuition. Se Ms

Melissa for full-time and part-time tuition!

Stay Safe!

We would love to have everyone’s help in keeping our building secure. As you enter or exit the

building, please make sure the doors firmly shut and lock behind you. Please do not hold the door open for anyone—just politely share that someone on staff will be along to help them in a moment, and alert us to our guests. SBFN volunteers still have

not posted signs routing traffic in our driveway. We are making every effort to make all drivers aware of our one-way pattern. Once the signs are in place, in-coming cars will stay to the right of the building.

Thank you to all who reported oncoming traffic from trucks and busses using the north driveway. We

called the transportation offices to report it. Please be aware that we are expecting daily visitors from roofing, carpet, and insurance companies while we

continue to fix the water damage in our building. Drive slowly!

We are excited as we begin our new study "Forgotten God" by Francis Chan. This study is about the Holy Spirit and what our perception is as opposed to what the Bible actually says about Him. Amanda has chosen to share this exciting book with us and we are praying that we all may be open to the leading and urgings of God's Spirit.

We will be enjoying a birthday bash Saturday, March 8th at the Minix home and also look forward to continuing our Saturday morning study led by Tina. If you have any questions or want to join in at any point, just contact Terry or Holly Minix.

LADIES NIGHT OUT Ladies Night Out, on Friday, March 21st at 7p.m. at the Lerner Theater in Elkhart. We will be going to see Chonda Pierce. If you are not familiar with Chonda

Pierce she is a Christian comedian that has appeared numerous times on the stage of The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN., she’s written 8 books, and has become a highly sought after Christian comedian, she has 5 gold-certified comedy albums and 2 platinum albums as well. The tickets will be $20.50 per person. If you are interested in going see Judie Ruffner by Sunday, March 2nd. She will need a final count by Sunday evening and will be ordering all the tickets first thing Monday morning, March 3rd. She will not be able to add on anyone after Sunday, March 2nd. Your payment will be due prior to you getting your ticket. Any questions see Judie Ruffner.

On Saturday, September 13th, Beth Moore will be in Fort Wayne, IN. There

are several ladies from the In-vision ABF class that are planning to attend. If you would like to attend as well see

Tina White and reserve your spot before Sunday, March 30th. The tickets

are $59.00 per person and must be paid prior to when Tina plans to order. Any question please call the church

office or see Tina White.

New in the Library

Come and see the new books that your

library has for you to look into…... ....adventure, love, truth, challenge and

encouragement.

You will also be seeing some changes

coming to the library soon......keep watching!

Do you have any new or used clothing, furniture or house wares you would like to donate to help the Michiana Hispanic

Ministries reach the needs of local Hispanic families. If so there is a

collection area right outside the double doors of the lobby, or if you have larger
