Take your workout to the next level with a YMCA Personal Trainer. Your body deserves a unique fitness regime, tailored to you! At the Y, our nationally-certified Personal trainers can assist you in reaching your fitness and weight loss goals. A completes fitness assessment is included with your training. Fill out a Personal training packet, located at our Member Service Desk, and return once completed. Our trainers will call to schedule your training sessions and get you started! Payment is not due until you set up your first appointment!
