responsibility of interpreting the Training Packages and designing
delivery and assessment methods and processes.
7. Although they are nationally endorsed, Training Packages
will be implemented slightly differently in different States and
Territories States will develop their own Implementation Guides
States decide on their own arrangements about funding courses

12. Who makes Training Packages? By Industry Skills Council on
behalf of industry Must consult extensively within the industry or
enterprise area. Go through quality assurance process then endorsed
by the National Skills Standard Council and placed on
training.gov.au for use.

of Competency have national codes that identify the industry area,
