Working within the Product Supply department, fully integrated within the commercial trading environment. Responsible for the end to end supply chain managing 1580 products across Paint, Woodcare, Confec-tionery categories and until recently Flooring and Multi channel DC(All Wickes product). Delivering optimum product availability throughout the Wickes estate from multiple suppliers through 3 Intermediate Warehouses and all direct to store routes, by effective forecasting of promotional activity and seasonal influences, within category level stock budgets. Liaising with suppliers to optimise performance, stock availability, whilst min-imising supply chain costs.

Key Achievements• Introduction of the Dulux range (115 products) into 215 Stores in 6 weeks. • Improving Flooring store availability from an avg. of 96% to 99.%, supporting £1m weekly sales• Reducing a historical overstock by £2.5m• Delivered a 10% increase in availability in the Multi channel DC.• Consistently delivering 99.5% availability in the Paint category supporting £800k weekly sales • Managing the transition from Sales to Demand forecasting for +2000 skus.

From: February 2012 – May 2012 Role: iReplen Project Analyst (Auto Replenishment Project)

Responsible for the forecasting and trouble shooting of issues for c 4500 sku’s. Whilst performing the role of pilot user acceptance, highlighting system bugs to the development team and making recommendations for improvements and amends to functionality through the change request mechanism

Key Achievements• Part of core team throughout Trials and Pilot stages all key KPIs achieved and rollout was to schedule.

From: December 2011 – February 2012Role: Transition Team Analyst (Delete Stock Management Project)

Part of the project team whose remit was to manage delete product out of the Wickes supply chain, providing weekly visibility of full pipeline, attending the regular range review project meetings where mark down recom-mendations would be made. . Key projects I was involved in were tiles, flooring, doors and power tools.

Key Achievements• Range exit management, tiles, flooring and doors category, total cost value of £9m with a target write off

value of £329k, delivered a saving of 13%, £43k.

From: July 2011 – December 2011Role: Central Analyst – Central Product Supply

Member of the Javelin Project team created to manage the stocking in of 14 new stores within a project time-line of 3 months. Managing the stocking in process for all direct suppliers, dealing with all key stake holders. Interim category supply management of +1800 skus, delivering product availability throughout the Wickes es-tate, liaising with suppliers to optimise performance and stock availability whilst minimising supply chain costs.
