Few General information:1. It should be web environment2. I want only to design the web pages no coding3. I need to translated every thing to Hebrew after finished4. The traffic of user can get up to 20,000 and simultaneously 100 users5. It should be on my server so I need the requirements and I wont to keep the cost low so if I can use

the SQL 2005 Express Edition its better6. The web application will be nested inside a free design web site7. I can add more web pages to the site freely8. The code will be delivered with the project but I wish to keep the maintenance with the programmer

When pushing the calculation button the data from the user go into the DB – see example

Then all the data of the user (include the last entry data) goes to an excel sheet for pre define excel model (to keep it simple the will go to sheet#1 in the excel workbook and the model will be in Sheet#2) – I’ll build the model and I wont to be able to change it if I want but the data

in sheet#1 will not be touched

The result of the model will go to SHEET#3 to pre define cells that will be place in Page #3(slide 5) of the site (15 sentences)

No need to save historyEvery time the user push calculate it produce the

calculation from the beginning

There is one excel workbook for the calculations but many user can

use it simultaneously up to 100(
