J, Yops, S, J. Hyde, E. W, Littlefield, and other representatives from the N.Y,S. Conservation Department on forest fire and forest pest damage and control, the operation of the Forest Practice Act, salvage projects, and other subjects; speeches made by N,Y,S, Senator Wheeler Milmoe on the activities of the Joint Legialative Committee on Natural Resources with Special Reference to the Forest Preserve, by Arthur S.
