APPLICATIONSAccording to DIN 4751 ENERNOX-PLUS boiler is intended for water heating (up to 105°C), for central heating installations, as well as for other similar use. The maximum op-erating pressure allowed is 6 bars.

There is also PRESS boiler serie with working pressure up to 12 bar (af-ter demand).

EASY MAINTENANCEThe door of ENERNOX-PLUS boiler opens to the left or to the right, so that there is easy access to the combustion chamber for cleaning and is also equipped with a PYREX covered hole for easy visual inspec-tion of the flame during operation. The smoke chamber cover is fas-tened with screws and has a special cleaning opening, which also acts as expansion opening.

FUELENERNOX-PLUS boilers operate with heating oil, in accordance to DIN 51603, with natural gas, or liq-uid gas according to specifications DVGW of Germany and DIN 4788, EN 437.

INSULATIONTHERMOSTAHL boilers carry a heavy insulation of 100 mm of alu-minium covered glass wool. There is also insulation on the boiler’s door and smoke chamber in order to minimize the thermal radiation losses.

Low Emission Heating with three-pass technology

OPERATING PRINCIPLEEvery heating system runs pollutants into the environment such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon dioxide (CO2); these gases volumes multiplied by many heating systems highly contribute to worsen our earth climate.

The structure of compact boiler ENERNOX-PLUS with two parallel combustion chambers is based on the principle of low NOx emissions, which was developed by THERMOSTAHL and is part of advanced heating technologies. The geometry of the combustion chambers is adjusted to the capacity of each boiler and the low load in combination with the controlled flame lead to low NOx emissions and higher boiler efficiency. The preapproved proportion of diameter / length and the pressure reduction in the burning chamber that occurs, reassure a safe function according to the legislative requirements for low NOx emissions.

This leads to a considerable attention toward the environment because:

CONTROL PANELTHERMOSTAHL boilers is accompanied by a control panel, which is equipped with all the necessary instruments-functions.

The control panel includes: general switch, safety thermostat, burner thermostat, water pump thermostat, thermometer and operation lamps.

There is also provision for additional installation of all automatizations of a modern boiler facility for automatic function and energy saving.

SPECIFICATIONSOur boilers are manufactured at the modern plant of THERMOSTAHL factory, following the German specification DIN 4702. The manu-facturing process is based on the European Norm DIN EN ISO 9001, as to the equipment, the manufacture and the control of subassemblies, as well as to specialized personnel and the design.

Moreover THERMOSTAHL has the quality mark CE.
