ACCOMPANIMENTS

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Heat the material to 180 - 200°C in the pre - heater with adequate agita�on �ll the material becomes a homogenized

liquid.

• Ensure that the road surface is clean, free from dust and moisture.

• Heavy deposits of paint require removal.

• For aged asphalt roads and concrete roads, a primer coat is recommended before 3-4 hours

for proper bonding of the material with the road surface.

• Ensure that the primer is thoroughly dry and void of solvent prior to applica�on of the

thermoplas�c material.

• Ensure temperature of 180 – 200°C and adequate agita�on during applica�on.

• Do not hold thermoplas�c above 180°C for more than 6 hours.

• Do not heat the material above 220°C at any point of �me .

• Change in colour indicates that the material has been scorched owing to overhea�ng and

needs to be discarded .

• Drop - on glass beads must be immediately deposited a�er thermoplas�c applica�on.

è The basic func�on of Guard Rails is to absorb the impact energy of the colliding vehicle thus minimizing the extent of

Reflec�ve road studs provide effec�ve night guidance even under the

most adverse weather condi�ons. The top quality and dynamically

designed studs are visible and can also be heard and felt, due to the rumble

when a vehicle crosses over them. Road Studs are available in different

sizes to delineate the vehicle both at the center and at the edges of roads.

These are available in aluminum as well as rigid ABS plas�c.The specially

made material composi�on enables the studs to bear severe impacts. The

specific reflec�ve panel of the studs provides high reflec�vity.

Solar road studs are flashing solar cell powered LED maintenance-free

ligh�ng devices used in road construc�on to delineate road edges and
