• All MH services were provided at HOPE– Counseling, Collateral (parent education),

Psychiatry, and TBS• Working with outside agencies to utilize

strengths and build upon them by having a meeting every 4-6 weeks during the duration of TBS– Able to pull skills from different settings to create

a streamlined plan that worked for individual

Results

• Behaviors were decreased to: 0 incidents of aggression, increasing compliance in the home and school settings, and reducing AWOL to 0.

• Support system: Family, teacher’s aide, and extended family.

• Transition plan: continuing counseling and collateral support at HOPE. Starting an afterschool program and recreational activities.

• Graduation!!!!
