Indo Soviet Friendship Society, Moga. At present institute is a unique centre of excellence at all levels of

Pharmaceutical Education offering all courses in Pharmacy viz. D. Pharm., B. Pharm., M. Pharm. (Specialization

Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Analysis and

Phamracognosy), PharmD, PharmD (PB), B. Pharm. (Practice) and Ph. D programme in Pharmaceutical Sciences. rd Institute is accredited by NAAC with Grade “A” and NIRF-2019 ranked 23 in Pharmacy Category in India by MHRD,

With a vision to establish Pharmacy as one of the pioneer Profession, dedicated to take care of the health of people, Dr. th th

B D Miglani established “The Indian Hospital Pharmacists Association” on 29 December 1963 during 15 Indian Pharmaceutical Congress at Pilani. The formal application was submitted by Dr. B D Miglani, Mr. S L Nasa, Dr. G K Narayanan, Mr. Malak Ram Issar, Mr. Mohan C Bajaj & Dr. Devinder K Jain to the Registrar of Societies for registration. Dr.(Late) Surendra Rohtagi (Kanpur) was the Founder President and Dr. B D Miglani (Delhi) was the General Secretary. Now it is running under the dynamic leadership of Mr. S L Nasa as President.

Objectives of IHPA:

The Association has been working for the last 53 years for the cause of the development of Hospital Pharmacy Services to provide efficient Pharmaceutical care to ailing community. IHPA is one of the federating bodies of Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Association (IPCA) and Indian Confederation of Health Accreditation (ICHA). Pharmacists, who are keen to serve the profession of Pharmacy for its upgradation can join IHPA online through www.ihpasf.com/membership-form

Ø To provide the benefits and protections of a qualified hospital pharmacist to the patient, to the institution which he serves, to the

members of allied health professions with whom he is associated, and to the profession of pharmacy.

Ø To raise the status, outlook and ethics of those who are engaged in the hospital pharmacy.

GUIDELINES FOR SENDING THE ABSTRACT

Ÿ Full names of the authors followed with their affiliation in normal font (font size 12) and the section should be mentioned.

Ÿ The presenting authors name should be bold and marked with asterisk along with e-mail and should be registered for the Conference.

Ÿ E-Poster: 2 Slides divided in 4 section each. For more detail refer (Format Attached)

Ÿ Scientific research papers/review on unpublished/original work are invited for E- poster presentation. Undergraduate students may present any topic related to Pharmacy.

Ÿ E- Poster content should be divided into following sections: Title, Authors, Affiliation, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and References (Two).

Ÿ E- Poster should be decent and should not exceed in number of slides.Ÿ The E- Poster will be evaluated on your presentation skills, your innovativeness and its

practicality and feasibility by the expert & time limit for the E-poster presentation will be 5 minutes.

Ÿ Submit the abstract in Times New Roman Font , Size 12 and abstract should not be more than 200 words.

Ÿ Abstracts or E- Poster which are not as per the given guidelines shall not be published in the abstract book and will not be allowed to present in the conference.

Ÿ Title should be in Upper-case and bold.

Ÿ Text in the E- poster should be clearly visible at a distance of 10 feet.
