The chhattisgarh state was formed in November 2000, with their ample natural resources, is celebrating its 9 th

Birthday. The state was formed with the concept of development, which ensure the development of the people.For this the state government adopted to concentrate the strategy of ndustriali!ation in the state. The mainconcept behind the industriali!ation was to ensure the optimum use of resources and with this to ensure thedevelopment of the state. "fter the formation of the state the process of ndustriali!ation started in a faster wayand to put these efforts in a discipline way, the then B#$ government declared its ndustrial $olicy for the year200%&2009."fter this, $rocess of ndustriali!ation started intensively and the different big industrial groups ofthe country had shown their interest to set up their plants in the state and they signed the '()s with the stategovernment.

For this purpose, the government provided the various concessions to the industries. t really wor*ed. Theyinvested in the state and established their plants. But, the main draw bac* of the policy was it framed to benefit

the ndustries. This strategy came with serious bad effects on the community. For e+ample & ts been causes tostart the conflict between the ndustrialists and the community, the community was compelled to give theirlands for the ndustriali!ation without their consent, -ondition of the industrial pollution reached to the seriouscondition, which started to effecting the harmful effects on the health of the people, land of agriculture becameunproductive and the forest was ruined in e+tensive way.

n last years, the industriali!ation started to e+ploit the people in various ways, so the anger of people towardsthe industries became unavoidable/ this became the cause of the different people movement against thendustrialisation in the state.

For the year 2009-2014 , the government has declared its new industrial policy for the state. e can e+plain the

main feature of the policies as&the policy intended to secure the interest of the ndustrialist and it is not showingto protect the interest of the community. The policy is focused on $ublic $rivate $artnership 1$$$ and as well it provides the permission to the ndustrialist to form their own private industrial par* 1up to 3 acres , which willma*e faster the process to ac4uire the land from the people and it is a concern from us that for this theindustrialist adopt all the method to ac4uire the land from the people.

"s the state is full of natural resources, so that it is necessary that the state will ensure the proper use of itsresources in conte+t to the demand of the future and it should be *eep it in mind by ensuring the right of thecommunity to the resource of the state. "s the state is full of resources, so it5s the demand of the state that a

balanced process of utili!ation of the resources should be start and the state government should ensure the rightof community on resources as well how the advantages of the development will reach to the deprived class ofthe people.6o,it is needed that we will thin* on these 4uestions and will discuss on every part of thendustriali!ation $olicy, so that we can ensure a people centered and health ndustrial $olicy of the state.
