Women’‛s Bible Study
“Me, Myself & Lies” a thought-closet makeover
Words are powerful. Especially the words women speak to themselves. All too often, what they say to themselves when they lie in bed at night or look in the mirror in the morning is not even close to the words God wants them to speak to their souls. According to Rothschild, what we think about often has a ripple effect on nearly every area of our lives. This 7 session study wil be offered: Thursdays beginning on May 30th Facilitator: Rebekah Kogelschatz Location: Fellowship Hall Tuesdays beginning on June 4th Facilitator: Dee Champion (Though this study has already begun, it is not to late to jump in and join these ladies.)

“I was sick and you visited me…” Matthew 25:36
10 Life-Lessons Gleaned from Noah’s Ark! 1. Always plan ahead. There wasn’t any rain in the forecast when Noah started building the ark. 2. Don’t listen to your critics. Listen instead to God, and then do whatever He asks you to do. The neighbors might have taunted Noah but he was safe when the rain began to fall. 3. Stay physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally fit. You never know that when you’re 600 years old, someone might come along and ask you to do something really big! 4. Always build on the highest ground possible. Character always counts! 5. Don’t seek to go it alone. Always travel, at least, in pairs because two heads are better than one. 6. Speed isn’t always an advantage. The cheetahs were on board, but so were the tortoises. They all arrived safely on dry ground at the same time. 7. Be timely. Don’t miss the boat! 8. Be flexible in your thinking. Remember that amateurs built the ark with God’s instructions, while professionals built the Titanic and the Challenger Space Shuttle. 9. Remember that fear is nothing more than: False Evidence Appearing Real. The woodpeckers on the inside are often a bigger threat to your overall well being than the storms raging on the outside. 10. Remain faithful and optimistic. No matter how bleak it looks, when God is traveling with you, there’s always going to be a rainbow of promise on the other side of the storm. Mark Your Calendar!
