IntroductionTelehealth connects patients to specialists using telecommunications, which makes location irrelevant and eliminates the need for travel for rural residents when faced with medical problems.
"Telehealth" is the method of video conferencing for health professionals to provide consultations to their patients/clients, regardless of their location.
