is the private Stilt

House party / dining

room mounted on

stilts set over the

sushi bar and cocktail

bar. The room’s design

is based on Tahitian

Stilt house that sits over a lagoon, and this house overviews the

Lagoon Lounge with hits 1 ton steel wave sculpture and sunset glow-

ing wall; and commands a view of the entire restaurant. Venetian

blinds can be closed to offer complete privacy.

The V.I.P. room features a black tufted “L” shaped banquette around

the west and south sides of the room. A small private bar allows for

intimate bottle service for your guests. The room can be set up for

dining as well for up to 18 guests.

Private security is offered at the bottom of the stairs to the room.

The V.I.P. room has been the venue for numerous special occasions

and celebrity functions.
