WecontinuetocollectmoneyfortheStrollingStringsOrchestrafromEastValleyHighSchool.Whereorchestrameetsdance,theStrollingStringsplaytheirinstrumentsandmovearoundtheroomforauniquemusicalexperience.Moneyfromthesaleofraffleticketsatluncheons,togetherwithanamountintheClub’syearlybudget,willbepresentedtotheStrollingStringsgroupattheJuneluncheon.Themoreticketssold,thebiggerthecheckpresentedtothisfineandtalentedgroupofyoungpeople.Ticketsthatyoubuyeachmonthgointoadrawingforthespecialtreatsthatday,andalsogointothefinaldrawingforgiftcardprizesattheJuneluncheon.

HappyFeetHikers(HFH)isagroupofladiesthatenjoyswalking/hikingonthefirstandthirdMondaysofeachmonth.Wenormallywalk/hikeatapacethatisconducivetochattingandenjoymentofthesurroundinglandscape.SomeofourexcursionshavebeentoManitoPark,PalisadesPark,partsoftheCentennialTrailbothinandoutofthecitylimits,RiversidePark,andLibertyLakeCountyPark.Afterourwalks/hikeswesometimesmeetatlocaleateries.Wearealwayslookingfornewideasonwheretowalk,andencourageyoutojoinus.
