ThisinformationaboutSiriustapsusdirectlyintotheSiriusHighCommand,givingusawholenewcomprehensionoftheLawofTimeandtheGalacticMayansystemofmathematicsandtimesynchronization.Itisevident,thatthe�3Moon/28daysynchronometeristheperfectinstrumentforsynchronizingthe52-yearcycles,becauseitsynchronizesperfectlywiththe260dayfourth-dimensionaltiminggaugetocreatea52-yearpermutationcycle.73x260days=52x365days=�8980days=52years=oneSiriusBrotationaroundSiriusA.The52-yearSolar-GalacticcycleisactuallytheSirian cycle.Thishasmanyimplications,asitshedslightonwhytheGalacticMayaintroducedthe52-yearcycle—asameansforattuningthehumanconsciousnesstothehighervibrationalfrequencyandchanneloftheSiriusCouncil.

Aswithallthehistoricalmethodsandreligions,thehighleveloftheGalacticMayancallwasnotmaintained,andsoin�987,anewdispensationhadtooccur.JustasThe Knowledge BookismeanttosupersedethoughnotinvalidatetheQuran,sothenewGalacticMayandispensation,calledDreamspell,wasmeanttosupersedebutnotinvalidatethetraditionalMayancalendarorLongCount,which,bythistime,wasnolongerutilizingthe52-yearcycle.

Interestingly,amajorpropheticcycleof22ofthe52-yearSiriancycleswasconcludedin�987.ThispropheticcycleranfromAD843to�987.Theconclusionofthisprophecycycle—�3Heavensand9Hells—signaledthemomentforanewdispensationoftime.Hence,withtheDreamspelland�3Moon/28daycalendar,theNewSirius52-yearcycleshavetheirbeginningpointonJuly26,�987,andrunadinfinitumintothefuture,preparingthehumanmindwithanewtimeconsciousnessfortheGoldenAge.

TheJuly26synchronizationdateofthenewcalendar,commemoratedforatimeintheChilamBalaamtradition,wasrevealedasthenaturalpointtobeginthenewdispensation,becauseinearlytimesitregisteredthedaywhenSiriuswasconjunctwiththerisingsun.IntheDreamspell,the52-yearcyclesarealsocalledSolar-Galacticcycles.Now,thatsignificationhasmoremeaningbecauseitregisterspreciselytheorbitofSiriusBaroundSiriusAinsynchronizationwiththesolar-lunarcycleofthe�3Moon/28-daysynchronometer.Byfollowingthenew�3Moon/28-daymeasureweareelevatingourmindsandbodiestobeinsolar-galacticsynchronizationwiththeconsciousnessoftheSiriusCouncilasitissimultaneouslyregisteredintheorbitsofbothSiriusBandourplanet.

Fromallofthis,weconclude,amongotherthings,that52isthenumberoftheSiriuscode—whichisalsowhythereare52weeksintheyear.The52weeks(heptads)areafractalofthe52-yearcycle.This,ofcourse,alsoreferencestheimportanceofthenumber7inrelationtothe52,astheweekisa7-daycycle,andthe7originallyreferredtothe7daysofcreation.52x7=364+�=365x52=�orbitofSiriusB.Asweknow,inthenewcalendarthe365thdayoftheyearisthe“dayoutoftime”—nodayoftheweekormonthatall,and,therefore,theperfectdaytocelebratelove,toleranceuniversalforgivenessandtheprincipleoftimeisart.SincethisdayalwaysfallsonJuly25,wemayalsosayitisthedaytocelebratethedawningoffourth-dimensionalSirianconsciousnessonEarth.Thisispreliminarytoentryintocosmiccivilizationsettooccurafter20�3.
