Find us on:

Visit Wells-next-the-Sea. The town is picturesque and full of independent shops and the beach is beautiful.

The area is great for birdwatching, visit RSPB Snettisham and Titchwell. RSPB Titchwell is one of the few reserves you can take your dog to.

Cycle to King’s Lynn on cycle routes and visit the 12th Century Castle Rising Castle on the way.

The Rhododendrons at Sandringham are lovely at the end of May/early June.

Visitor’s top tips

Walk along the Norfolk coastal path as far as you like, then use the local hopper bus to return to your car.

There’s an excellent farm shop a couple of miles from the site if coming from the south.

If you enjoy plants and gardening we recommend Thaxters Garden Centre, West Acre Nurseries and East Ruston Old Vicarage Gardens, all well worth a visit with beautiful floral displays.
