The Promotion will happen in 5 di�erent periods:

5. How the Promotion will work:

5.1 To enter, each participant must follow Mateus Rosé on Instagram (instagram.com/mateusrosewine)

5.2 Then, each participant must share an original photo on Instagram with #ma-teusrose and #rosebucketlist;

5.3 The photo description must include an original “New Year’s Resolution with Mateus Rosé”;

5.4 The entries must happen during the promotion period;

5.5 25 participants (5 per week) will win the prize. Check topic number 8 for the “Winner Selection” criteria.

6. Prize

This Promotion will validate 25 winners who will be awarded the following prize:- A Mateus Rosé Kit, including: 2x Mateus Sparkling Brút bottle , 2x Mateus Original bottle, 1x Mateus Rosé Ice Bucket, 2x Mateus Rosé Flutes

6.1 The Prizes are non-transferable, are not exchangeable and have no cash alter-native. All Prizes are subject to availability.

7.2 By submitting information and creating an Instagram account, the partici-pant agrees to the Instagram terms of use and privacy notice. If a participant does not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, he/she cannot create an Insta-gram account or participate in this Promotion;

7.3 Entries must be made from Instagram accounts that are open to the Public to

be valid;

7.4 All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries;

7.5 All entries must be posted within the Promotion Period;

7.6 Multiple entries are permitted via Instagram during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Selection

8.2 Winners will be announced by the end of each period (see topic number 4):

9. Moderation

9.1 The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Pro-moter:

a. contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content includ-ing sexist or racist language or imagery;b. include the names, likenesses, photographs or similar of any individual without their express permission;

c. contain immoral or obscene behaviour.d. condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour;e. cause o�ence on the ground of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, dis-ability or age;f. refer to any brand other than the Promoter;g. represent a danger, health and safety or distress;h. promote excessive drinking; ori. encourages drinking among young people under the age of 18, pregnant women and those with health problems

10. Winner Notification:

Winners who submit their entry via Instagram will be contacted via a direct mes-sage. All winners will be contacted within 10 working days of Judging. After this point, further details will be provided to allow winners to complete the claim pro-cess. All winners must respond and complete the claim process within 10 days from initial notification. Please note that winners will have to respond with an electronic copy of their valid photo ID in order to receive the Prize. In the event of a winner not responding to communications within the 10 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that Prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.

11.13 If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the rea-sonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from comply-ing with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

11.14 This Promotion is governed by the Portuguese Law and participants sub-mit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts
