A Family Perspective from the office of Family

Life Education. It is in our family where we learn to be merciful and comforting to others. The Beati-tudes of the Kingdom of God begin at home and depend on you. Parents lead the way.

Common Sense: As we have entered the cold

and flu season, please use common sense in re-gards to extending your hand for the sign of peace or receiving the Precious Blood from the cup. If you are under the weather, refrain from taking both species and make a simple appropriate ges-ture to your neighbor as an expression of peace.

Have things you no longer use? Samaritan

House (11 Fayette Street in Binghamton) helps over 200 people a month. They are always in need of household items, children’s clothing and hygiene products.
