vacancy dashboard to improve
matching consisting of 3 parts:
• Vacancies suggested by counsellors and
employers
• Vacancies from automatic matching (linked
to profile of the job seeker)
• Amazon-like suggestions based on click
behaviour and data other job seekers with
similar profiles

the job seeker and employer to translate their
CVs / vacancies into competences by using
advanced text analytics
•The competence visa will allow employers to
validate their employees’ competences in an
informal way

Proactive profilingWe will work with data driven estimations of
the job seekers’ chances to find work to better
understand whom to contact first
• Based on historical data of the last 3 years
and using A.I. we predict the chances of the JS
to find work using 200 to 300 data tracks
• Parameters used: demographical elements,
information on our services, click behaviour for
vacancies, currently employed/ unemployed...

Labour market explorerA tool that enables the job seeker to explore the
labour market based on his competences. It allows
the JS to be well-informed about the opportunities
on the labour market. Main features:
• Based on real-life data
• Offered in an interactive and
intuitive way using big data (Google
a like)
• Developed in co-creation with end users
PES as trusted advisor on LMI
Forecasting by using PES data and sectoral information
Value for citizens, companies and
policy makers
• Knowledge on future skills-needs
• Supports innovation
• Pro-active policy
A labour force with the right skills is of
great importance for future proof
