Villa Cooking ClassOur chef guides groups of eight to 14 guests through a hands-on cooking demonstration in the gourmet kitchen of a luxurious private Villa overlooking the Pacific coastline. Small groups learn professional techniques and wine pairing tips from the chef, then taste the epicurean creations and toast to newly acquired culinary skills.

Progressive Villa Dinner PartyEntertain groups of 40 to 100 guests with a progressive dining experience within the Resort’s Villa enclave. Guests stroll from one luxury Villa to another, savoring food and sipping beverages from chef presentations in each Villa kitchen.

Italian Street FestaAlong the Resort’s olive tree-lined Bungalow lanes, an alfresco Italian Street Festa brings the sights, sounds and tastes of Italy to Southern California’s own “Tuscan Seaside Village.” Reception-style gatherings of 100 guests or more feature wine tasting, strolling musicians, stilt-walkers, Venetian-masked entertainers and other traditional festivities to celebrate la dolce vita!

The Art of Pasta MakingLearn how to make traditional Italian egg-based pasta dough in the Andrea pasta kitchen. Up to three guests may join our in-house pastaia for one hour of hands-on instruction and two delicious courses…made by you!

A Taste of Pelican Hill Dine AroundDon’t want to settle for a single restaurant setting? Explore a
