The Servant Sarah Sarah’s life comes to an end. Abraham mourned and wept for
Sarah. In faith, Abraham secures burial
ground in the Promised Land.
Abraham’s Faith in Preserving the Promise
1) Abraham makes his servant Eliezer swear that he will not take a Canaanite wife for Isaac.
2) Abraham tells Eliezer to go to his own kindred to find a wife.

3) Abraham affirms his trust in God and his promises.4) In faith, Abraham stresses yet again that Isaac must not return to Abraham’s homeland.
Abraham’s Last Days & Eventual Death
1. The promise of descendants is continued, just as God promised.
2. In faith, Abraham gave all that he owned to Isaac the son of promise.
3. Abraham died in a good old age.4. Abraham died but…the promise
continued.
