With this training,youwill learnabout the installationofPLIDCO®products tomakeyour futureinstallationssafe,easyandcorrect.Thistrainingisamustifyouwanttosafelyrepairyourleakswiththehighestqualityrepairfittingsonthemarket.PleasecontactusforfurtherinformationonhowPLIDCO®canassistyouwithyourinstallationneedsorquestions.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

1.ProductsmanufacturedbyThePipeLineDevelopmentCompany,hereinafterreferredtoas PLIDCO®,arewarrantedfreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofone (1)yearfromdateofshipmentfromfactory.Thewarrantyoncomponentsnotmanufactured byPLIDCO®shallnotexceedthewarrantyofthecomponentmanufacturer.

2.IfdefectunderthisWarrantyappears,PLIDCO®,atitsoption,willrepairorreplacethe defectiveproductorpart,orrefundthepurchaseprice,lessanallowanceforservices renderedbyproductpriortoclaim,andinnoeventwillPLIDCO®beresponsiblefor consequentialorincidentaldamages.

3.Claimsforbreachofwarrantymustbemadeinwritingimmediatelyupondiscoveryandsent byregisteredmailtothehomeoffice,870CanterburyRoad,Cleveland,Ohio44145,USA. DefectiveproductsorpartsmustbeheldforinspectionbyPLIDCO®or,atPLIDCO®’soption, bereturnedtoPLIDCO®F.O.B.itsfactory.

4.ThisWarrantyshallnotapplytoanyproductorcomponentwhichhasbeenrepairedoraltered byanyoneotherthanPLIDCO®,orhasbecomedefectiveduetomisuse,negligenceor casualty,orhasbeenoperatedormaintainedcontrarytoPLIDCO®’sprintedinstructions.

5.Remediesavailabletoanownerforbreachofthiswarrantyareexpresslylimitedtoanaction torecoverforthevalueofrepairsorreplacementsduehereunderandPLIDCO®’sliabilityfor incidentalorconsequentialdamagesareherebyexpresslyexcludedtothefullextentpermitted byapplicablelaw.
