The numbers in the index represent the Bulletin Number followed by the page number/s after the decimal point. However, some of the earliest Bulletins did not have all the pages numbered. Some of the references in the Bulletin may only represent one line of print, others a whole page but put together they do add to our knowledge of a particular facet of the hobby.
