location!in!the!peak!district.!There!will!be!long!

hours!but!a!lunch!break!will!take!place!around!

midday!to!allow!everybody!to!take!a!break!and!

take!a!lot!of!energy!with!all!the!activities!so!

this!break!will!be!essential!to!allow!us!to!

regenerate!our!energy.!After!food!we!wont!be!

doing!anything!major!straight!away!to!avoid!

upset!stomachs.!

packs!a!spare!change!of!clothes!and!a!towel!

for!use!afterwards.!I!will!also!try!to!have!a!

member!of!staff!on!side!watching!in!case!

We!will!only!get!one!shot!at!this!so!everything!

has!to!be!perfect!for!it.!To!be!careful!it!would!
