• Equipment Discounts — Platinum Part-ners receive a 2% instant discount on all Advanced MFD hardware and accessories purchased.

• Education Discounts — All Advanced MFD Channel Partners can receive an additional 3% discount on hardware purchases for education customers.

• Supplies Rewards — Our standard 1.5% backend discount on supplies also applies to Platinum Partners who sell supplies for Advanced MFD equipment.

• Xsell Sales Representative Reward — Xsell Debit card is your ticket to some extra cash. For every eligible product you sell, Xerox will add incentive cash to your Xsell account.

• Monthly Sales / Progress Reports — Review business performance and stay on track with sales goals with our new program tracking reports.

• Partner Portal — All the resources you need to get more out of your connection to Xerox: www.xerox.com/office/resellers.

• Demo Pricing — Equipment demonstrations increase sales – it’s that simple. To encourage you to maintain demo units on-site, we’re extending special demo pricing to all partici-pants in the Advanced MFD program.

• Builder Series — Create customized promo-tional materials, advertisements, targeted emails and web pages with our Builder Series:

Promo Builder – Build advertisements, flyers and more for the Xerox products you sell, custom-branded for your business.

Web Builder – Design your own co-branded webpage with links to Xerox product information.

Email Builder – Use Xerox Email Builder to send customers professional emails co-brand-ed with the Xerox logo.

• Deal Registration — Your deal is safe with

us. Register your deal online to capture ad-ditional margins and protect revenue with the Xerox online deal tracking and registra-tion tool.

• Leads — Our online lead process allows you to track, evaluate and maintain the leads you receive through our regular demand-gener-ation activities. You’ll also get a channel for forwarding us feedback about the quality of leads. As a Gold or Platinum Advanced MFD Channel Partner, you will continue to receive new leads as long as you provide Xerox with timely feedback on the status of your out-standing leads.

• Yellow Pages Support — We’ve contracted a 3rd party specialist to assist you in placing ads in your local Yellow Pages.

• Dedicated Account Management — We give you dedicated inside-sales and field ac-count management plus technical assistance to better serve your customers and support your business.

Get extended servicesOur most successful channel partners extend their services well beyond the device—offering managed, break-fix and professional services to their customers. We help them build annuity streams for their business. Here’s how:

• Authorized Service Provider (ASP) Program As a Xerox Authorized Service Provider you will have access to our Xerox Total Satisfac-tion Guarantee, award winning training, and technical support programs. Our Partner Program Managers will assist you in driving increased business through selling service on Xerox products and delivering greater customer satisfaction.

• PagePack — An innovative, worry-free cost per page program, PagePack provides the infrastructure for you to customize cost-per-print solutions for your customers and capture recurring revenues. Authorized PagePack Channel Partners own the cus-tomer relationship, set the pricing, bill their customers directly, and provide first-line support for PagePack. We’ll enable automatic meter reads and supplies delivery (we hold the inventory), deliver service when selected and carry the standard coverage risk.

• Xerox Document Management Software Through propriety and 3rd party document management software, you’ve got access to a broad portfolio of office solutions. Offer your customers a complete solution with document imaging and editing (Scan to PC Desktop), scanning and retrieval (ScanFlowStore), and file management and sharing (DocuShare).

• National Training — We’ll also provide you and your sales team with advanced training. We know the advantage of having certified professionals on staff – higher revenue and profits for our channel partners! Training pro-grams are scheduled in major metropolitan areas with an expanded curriculum covering marketplace, technology and products.

• Large Account Support / Bid Desk: We realize that in some instances our channel partners require special pricing for large opportunities. To fulfill these requests, we have created an Advanced MFD Bid Desk. This team of experi-enced individuals will assist you in driving and closing new business in large accounts.

• Shipping — All orders greater than $5,000 are not subject to shipping fees (no partial orders accepted).
