Elegant and exciting, the enhanced front design features a revised front bumper with three chrome trimmed louvres, contoured headlights and a re-profiled bumper. On Comfortline and Highline models, standard integrated fog lights flow seamlessly into the bumper creating a dynamic presence. Sleeker than ever before, the updated styling delivers a 10% improvement in aerodynamics over the previous model.

As you’d expect, what starts at the front concludes at the rear, with a redesigned boot lid featuring an aerodynamically efficient lip extending into the side wings, a reshaped bumper and stylish new rear light clusters. The sleek, sculptured bodylines exude style and charisma, giving the New Jetta its characteristic identity.

The rear-view camera helps you reverse park by giving you a clear view to the rear of your vehicle via the display of your radio/navigation system, featuring auxiliary lines to help you park and enabling you to recognise even small obstacles such as kerbs. Optional on all models in conjunction with the RCD 510 or RNS 510.

The parking sensor pack comprises front and rear parking sensors and reverse activated kerb-view adjustment on the passenger’s side door mirror. The parking sensors assist in parking manoeuvres by emitting ultrasonic, audible and visual signals, alerting the driver to any obstacles in the way. In addition, an optical parking display extends the functions of the parking sensors by indicating your position, either on the RCD 510 radio system (Optional on Trendline, standard on Comfortline and Highline) or the RNS 510 radio system (Optional on Trendline, Comfortline and Highline), on the vehicle’s audio display during parking.

The RCD 310 DAB radio system/MP3 compatible CD player provides excellent acoustics via eight speakers with an output of 4 x 20 watts. The radio system displays DAB digital information transmitted by the radio station, track display, song titles and artists. It also features an AUX-in socket for connection to an external multimedia source, such as an iPod or MP3 player. Standard on Trendline.

The Multi Device Interface (MDI) with USB port enables you to connect and charge a compatible device, while track selection is viewed and selected via the vehicle’s radio system. USB port Standard on all models. USB port with iPod cable optional. Beige interior not available, black interior only.
