Summary Players act as Frankenstein's Monster, who is trying to sneak on top Victor’s property.

The Monster’s goal is to kill Victor’s wife in retaliation for being abandoned by his creator.

The Monster will avoid guards and traps as he approaches the house and will also have to make a choices along the way, shaping the outcome of the narrative.

Audience and Experience Goal Made for the audience who enjoy stealth maneuvering games and also want to enjoy the story of Frankenstein’s monster, with a new twist.

The experience goal is to provide enough incentive for players to walk off the beaten path and acquire “momentos” for the Monster, which may change the story.

Players should feel encouraged to explore levels and retry the game to acquire different endings.

Measurable Goals Average completion time of the game

◦ Players should be able to complete the entire game within five minutes.

Collection of in-game items (optional items)◦ Percentage of total items collected in a play session translated to the amount of exposition players experience through

gameplay.

Completion of objectives (main or optional)◦ Do the players go out of their way to pick up optional items?◦ Will players complete objectives to make their future gameplay simpler?

Multiple Endings◦ Players will be given a choice at the end of the game to either kill Frankenstein’s wife or let her die a natural death.

Player aptitude with controls and identification of objectives◦ We want players to be able to pick up the controls quickly, understand what their objectives are quickly, and experience the

narrative at their own pace.◦ We plan to measure a player's ability to understand the games rules and logic by recording how quickly they solve a series of

introductory challenges. If players fail too often or take too long to solve the puzzles, we will need to rework them to incorporate simpler mechanics or more detailed instructions.
