Identify Your Lifelong Passion

At this point, you are making around $5,000 to $10,000 per month

from the convenience of your home. But what if you want to earn

more than that. $10,000 per day? Why not.

But where should you start? Let me tell you that the best way to

ramp up to $10,000 per day or more is by using your past or current

hobby or passion as a vehicle for your earnings.

You’d be surprised how much you can make on just about any

passion or interest you may possibly have. Look, millions of people

information products. I know that because I made my $300,000 per

month income there selling kitchen products under my own brand.

It’s amazing what’s going on online! People are spending billions of

dollars every year on the internet and the best way for you to earn

money is to help the online audience by sharing what you know best

– having a product that’s about your passion or interest.

Creating such a physical or digital product is not as difficult as you

may perceive. There are ready made systems out there that will save

you lot of time and hustle. Since you’re on my email list I’m going to

share them with you in some of my emails.



Be Ready to Learn, Invest and Scale

Look, if you want to ramp up to making a million per year or more,

you must be ready to learn new stuff and spend some money to

follow the right path. Investment is part of the business. The good

news is, you’re now at home, having the money to spend and the

time to absorb new information.

You need to know how to write the book about your passion or how

to make someone else write it for you (yes, it’s possible!). Also, you

need to know where to post that product, so it gets traffic that

eventually turns into buying customers.

And the if you really want to scale up, you need to know how to

drive even more traffic to your product offer. This can be outsourced

but even knowing how to outsource anything requires learning.

There are many people who will promote your product if you know

where to find them.

Scaling Up on The Internet

Before we dive into specific ways how you can start make money

online and make your first million, let’s first have a look on what you

can sell on-line and how it’s done in general. You can either sell:

• your own product (private labelled with your own brand name

and logo) or

• someone else’s product and get paid for referral – this latter

method is called Affiliate Marketing. If you have less time and less

money, this is the best model to get into



Products can be then divided into two main categories:

• digital (intangible, such as software or digital training courses)

• physical (tangible products, anything from silicone spatula to a

refrigerator). If you decide to become an affiliate manager, then I

highly suggest you focus on promoting digital products because you

get much higher commission per sales – for every digital product

that costs $100 your commission will be 75% or more. This means

you are going to cash in $75 from every sale. If you for any reason

decide to create and sell your own digital (intangible) or physical

(tangible) product, bear in mind that your initial start-up costs will

be much higher in comparison to selling other people’s products as

an affiliate.

It’s simply because you need to develop the product and when it is a

physical one, you also need to invest into initial inventory. Those

people who have tiny budgets will be better off starting with the

affiliate business model.

As you will soon see, the affiliate marketing model is truly the most

rewarding one.



Affiliate Marketing

Promoting someone else’s (intangible or tangible) product on the

internet is called Affiliate Marketing and it’s one of the best forms of

internet based business models you should consider starting. It

requires minimum learning as the system are already available out of

the box which is great to start even if you’re over 65.

Contrary to what you may have heard from other sources, I highly

recommend promoting intangible products only, due to higher

margins and profits when compared to physical products promotion.

To build this business you only need minimal start-up costs, revenue

is infinitely scalable while you get paid 75%+ commissions from

product’s end user price for every single customer. In fact, ramping

up to a $10.000 – $30.000 USD monthly profit using this business

model is not difficult at all.

Personally, I don’t know any other form of business where you get

margins as high as that. What you will need is to have some kind of

‘bait’ for the potential customers and a referral internet link to the

product.

The next thing you will need is to get targeted traffic to your bait. By

targeted traffic I mean online visitors who are interested in your

offer.

There are many ways how you can do internet affiliate marketing and

I will show you the best way how you can do it. First let me share the

two conservative methods and then I will show you the best methods

that I highly recommend for all of you who need to see high profits in

less than a month. I am sharing conservative online money-making



methods simply because my aim is to equip you with as much

information as possible about making money online.

So, once you have decided which niche you are going to primarily

focus on, the standard ways to profit online are these two:

1) Build an authority website (we call it the money site) and drive

traffic to it (traffic = visitors interested in that niche). On your money

site, you will be posting short, niche specific articles and spark that

article with few redirections to other people’s products. If you’ve ever

noticed an underlined, blue and clickable word or word combination

in an article, that’s called Anchor Text redirection (i.e. click here).

Beyond the anchor text, you can hide your redirection link to product

you are promoting. Link that is hidden beyond the anchor text is

unique to every affiliate marketer. We call it the affiliate link. You as

an affiliate, receive this unique link from product vendor’s webpage

or from an Affiliate Network that groups product vendors and affiliate

marketers like you in one place (i.e. JVzoo.com). Using affiliate link,

the Affiliate Network or the product creator can recognize that

person who bought the product came from your webpage and you

will then get your sales commission automatically (usually on a

weekly basis).

The redirections, affiliate links and anchor texts are essential parts of

every affiliate business model. Driving visitors to articles on your

webpage is called Website Affiliate Marketing.

2) Here’s easier way how you can do it. You don’t need to build an

authority website by creating and positing articles to it at all. You can

build a simple ‘opt-in’ web page offering a free report in exchange for

email address. Your primary goal is to build an E-mail list and get

subscribers to your regular e-mail Newsletter. As you will be building



an E-mail list, you will start to send regular automatic e-mails (called

email sequence) packed with valuable information to your

subscribers. In other words, you will be building relationship with

your audience to show expertise and develop trust. Along with

sending your subscribers e-mails with valuable information, you’ll be

also sending promotional e-mails with redirection links to other

people’s products embedded in your e-mail texts. This method is very

efficient provided that your audience consists of real subscribers who

voluntarily gave you their e-mail address. It’s not SPAMMING as

spamming is basically sending e-mails to people who never

subscribed to your list and never gave you their e-mail address

voluntarily.

Website Based Affiliate Marketing

I mentioned that this method requires you to have an authority

website, content of which will focus on a specific niche you selected to

operate in. You want that your page organically ranks on page one for

specific keywords people search for on Google. Good organic

webpage ranking means your page appears in first three positions on

Google after user types in specific keyword into Google Search Bar

and hits Enter Button.

To accomplish that, your webpage must meet all the Search Engine

Optimization (SEO) criteria, so that Google favors your site over

others. Luckily, there are trainings on how to do that.

So how do you recognize what is an Authority webpage and what is

an optin page? The ‘opt-in’ webpage used for E-mail Marketing

method is a very simple one-page website and Google rarely makes it

discoverable in organic searches. Here is a snapshot of a typical

authority affiliate authority website:



An authority website is easily recognized by having a menu and a blog

with articles linking to affiliate offers, an About Section, Contact Us

Section, Privacy Policy Disclaimers and Social Media buttons linking

to Facebook Fan Pages etc.

There is no need to have a Shop Section on your affiliate page at all

although you can have a Product section where you can promote

other people’s products with affiliate links.

On any article (authority) website you will often see underlined

words or sentences that link to affiliate products using affiliate links

hidden beyond so called ‘Anchor Text’ (underlined words or

sentences that are clickable and redirect the visitor to the product

page you are promoting).

Authority website may look complicated but it’s actually very simple

to build and maintain. Way it works is that you create a page that is

specifically focused on one keyword or keyword phrase that

according to Google Keyword Planner Tool (free tool offered by

Google) has minimum of 30.000 searches. Since the page articles are

focused around one long-tail keyword (each article mentions selected

keyword several times i.e. “how to make my dog stop barking”) it will



organically rank for that search term without any special efforts from

your side on page one in Google.

By organic ranking I mean that you do not have to pay a dime for your

page being listed on page one for that keyword or phrase.

Long tail keyword is a combination of words longer in length i.e. ‘dog

training for bassets’ or ‘how to make money online fast’ etc. These

longtail keywords have usually much less searches in Google and

therefore much less competitive webpages than short tail keywords

such as ‘dog training’. This means you can rank your website on page

one for this keyword much faster and with minimum effort. So how

do you make money on this site and what revenue should you expect?

Let’s make a calculation based on industry standards assumption:

a) Let’s assume your simple webpage organically ranks on page

one for the long tail keyword ‘dog training for bassets’ and is within

top five pages listed from the top. So, everyone who types ‘dog

training for bassets’ into

Google Search Bar will see your webpage among the top three-five

results ranking for that keyword.

b) Let’s do some math and take the minimalistic assumptions we

can. Everyone who clicks on your website stumbles upon a well

written article about dog training with affiliate links leading to a great

dog training internet course (example of such training listed in one of

the Affiliate Networks below).

The price for this course is 71.40 USD and your commission for every

sale is 70%. In other words, you get 50.00 USD from every person that

clicks on the link in your article and buys the training course. That’s

an incredible margin!



c) Since we know that 40.000 people search ‘dog training for

bassets’ every month (using the Google keyword planning tool), we

can assume that around 5% of visitors will click on your site to see

content. That’s 2.000 clicks per month. Provided your article is well

written, we can further assume out of those 2.000 people around 20%

people click on the affiliate link embedded in your article. This is 200

people seeing the actual affiliate offer.

Out of those 200 only 4% buy the actual product which is 8 sales,

making you 400 USD pure profit per month. Let’s break down the

costs and effort you invested into building the website.

• You paid 10 USD for domain name and 10 USD for hosting per

year (using bluehost.com you get hosting for unlimited number of

websites for 100 USD for 1 year, so we are assuming you will be

having at least 10 sites up and running, splitting the hosting costs

equally among them)

• You invested two days to building the site which is around 16

hours of time. You will never need to look at the page again

• You did not invest any money into pay-per-click advertisement

and your website ranks for ‘dog training for bassets’ on page one

organically at Google



• Time to learn and build a simple well-optimized website takes about 2 weeks provided you have great instruction on how to do it

You make minimum of 4.800 USD every year out of a simple website

without any further investments or efforts. Build twenty or more

such websites in different niches promoting various affiliate trainings

and your recurring monthly profit quickly grows into several

thousands of dollars. Very often the results you get from such a

website are much higher than what was presented in the example

above. When you happen to have a site that is bringing you great sales

results, you can work on increasing the sales even more by learning

how to drive more visitors to it using other means of free and paid

advertisement or even add more content to it to rank for more search

terms.

With regards to expected results it is quite common that an average

affiliate marketer makes around 100.000 USD net profit per year

from a single page, but I personally know people who make that every

single day!

Version 2 – Email Based Affiliate Marketing

Equally awesome as the previously mentioned Website Marketing,

the primary goal of E-Mail Affiliate Marketing is to build an E-Mail List

and then promote products to the using E-Mails.

Industry standard has it that on every E-mail address in your

database you’ll make net profit from 3 USD per month. In other

words, when you manage to have 10.000 E-mail addresses in your

database you can expect to make around 30.000 USD per month

provided you do take care of your E-mail subscribers, build

relationship by constantly providing value and promote relevant

products to them.



As I previously said, to collect emails you only need to build a simple

‘opt-in’ webpage (a one pager) where you will offer free report in

exchange for visitor’s e-mail address. No matter what traffic

generating strategy you use, your goal is to always direct visitors to

your opt-in page, where they will be offered free gift in exchange for

giving you their E-mail address (a process call ‘opting-in’).

Free gift can be a FREE PDF (8 to 30 pages long) report or a video you

have created or had someone else create it for you. It can also be a

personality quiz – or quiz of any kind that at the end requires visitor

to input your email address to get full results of the quiz.

You can then continue building relationship and market relevant

products to your subscriber for the rest of your life provided he won’t

unsubscribe from the list.

The page you need to create on order to lure visitors and give you

their E-mail address is called ‘opt-in page’. It’s a simple one-page

website that unlike the authority website with articles mentioned

previously chapter be displayed in Google organic search results. You

will have to use one of the following ways to get visitors:

- Use paid advertisement on Google and on other Social Networks

- Use free traffic strategies on social networks such as Facebook,

Instagram, Pinterest or YouTube etc.

So how does an E-mail marketing work? You create a simple one-page

web site (see photo below) and offer a free information product such

as a PDF report in exchange for an e-mail address. You can either

write this report yourself or buy it for $5. If you’re just starting off,

you can buy one by looking for “PLR products” on Google. Later as

you get more confidence seeing profits coming in, I highly suggest you

write your own high-quality report and put in a lot of valuable

information for your subscribers.



After a visitor opts-in to receive your free report, he or she is then

usually redirected to a Thank You page while the FREE report is being

delivered to the e-mail address he provided.

Let’s now focus on what should be done after the subscriber gets his

free report. First of all, you need some system that will capture the

email address and starts sending an email sequence of 100+ emails

to every registered email in the database every day or every second

day. This software is called an auto responder and the best one out

there is Aweber (http://aweber.com). It costs $29 per month and it

is inevitable for this system to work on complete automatic. I use

Aweber myself.

Before you start driving traffic you will need to write at least 50 to

100+ short emails and put it into an autoresponder. Don’t worry,

Aweber has free training on what to write and how. Plus, you can

anytime edit, add, delete or shuffle around those emails in your

autoresponder.

Once new email is registered in the autoresponder, it will start

sending E-mails to your subscriber list - daily or on every second day.

Obviously, first email will be the one containing the ling to the free

report. As I said previously, most of the E-mails you will be sending

will be about providing additional free valuable information without

any product marketing.

You need to build trust and relationship with your audience along

with the product promotion E-mails that will be referring to concrete

products and these two E-mail types should be separate. Now, you

may wonder how are you going to get so many valuable ideas for e-

mails, if they should be sent out every second day?

Even though writing own e-mails is recommended, you can get

around it and it’s easy. Firstly, there are places on the internet where

you can find tons of high quality pre-written E-mails for your chosen

niche. However, I always recommend writing your own E-mails.

Regarding promotional E-mails, you can contact vendor of the

product and ask if they have any e-mail swipes (prescribed set of

promotional E-mails) that you can send to your subscribers. They

usually do.

Thirdly, I highly recommend create separate E-mail address yourself

and get on an E-mail list of other marketers operating in the same

niche as you to draw inspiration from their E-mails or Website

content. You can hire a freelancer at fiverr.com or at iWriter.com who

can create these e-mails for you.

Then, you just add those E-mails to your autoresponder system who

sends them to your subscribers based on an automatic schedule. The

responder system is a software that handles all aspects of your E-mail



marketing business, stores your subscriber lists, creates and hosts

your opt-in pages for you.

Creating Your Own Digital Information Product

In this instance, you are going to sell your own digital product that

either you or someone else created for you. Manifestation Masterkey

itself is a digital information product. You can create and sell any PDF

report focused on specific topic like the one you are reading right

now. The value of a 10-page long PDF report is around 7 - 8 USD and

you can sell it with success as a kindle book at Amazon. You can also

create a complete PDF book (valued from 19 to 39 USD and do the

same.

The best results are reached when you create your own software

tools, useful PC or Smartphone Apps or any online training courses

for specific niche (see list of profitable niches at the end of this

report). Such courses usually comprise of several video training

modules and/or a series of instructional PDF documents. There are

few drawbacks though. You will also need to have a membership

website for your customers, where they log in with username and

password to access training’s exclusive content. In addition, having

your digital product may also require you to have your own FB

community and technical support for the product you created and

own. There are no inventory costs needed though, as the software or

the on-line training does not need to be physically stored at any

warehouse. Here we are primarily talking about development costs.

The benefit of having your own digital product is that you do not have

to do much marketing yourself, since you will offer the product to a

network of thousands of affiliate marketers who will promote it



either to their large E-mail subscriber databases, on their well google-

ranked websites or by using free/paid social media ads.

In addition, since you will gather all the customer E-mails from your

affiliates you can build large Email database to which you can market

other people’s products later. Final but important benefit of this

business model is that with your own digital product, you can easily

sell upgrades to your existing customers, further growing your

profits upon the initial sale.

Pros:

- No need for you to invest into marketing and sales, a network of

affiliate marketers will do this for you

- Huge list of e-mail database from all the affiliates who were

promoting your product, you can then market other people’s

products to that E-mail list yourself

Cons:

- you need to create the idea for the product and invest into

development

- provide support and maintain community of users

Results from selling digital products can vary, however if you follow

well organized set of instructions and create great product, you can

expect promising results. It is no uncommon that software and

training vendors make well over 100.000 USD pure net profit within

the first 2 weeks from the launch. That’s the leverage power of

affiliate network in action.

A specific, very cost effective and incredibly easy way to start your

own simple digital product and business that brings almost instant

profits is Amazon Kindle Publishing. With just a little effort and few

hundreds of USD investment you can get up to 1.000 – 5.000 USD

monthly profits fairly quickly. What do you sell? Simple PDF ‘How to’



books that someone else writes for you. With proper training you’d

be amazed about the results.

Selling Private Label Physical Products at Amazon

Amazon Marketplace, namely Amazon.com is the biggest online shop

in the world with millions of people shopping at this platform every

single day. In 2014 there was an average of 288 million searches per

month done only at amazon.com. Now in 2016 as Amazon is

continuing to be the fastest growing E-tail platform, the number is

even higher.

When you list a product amazon.com, few smart marketing strategies

implemented will cause your product to receive incredibly large

amount of traffic and thus large amount of sales. Provided you know

how to select proper product to sell using quality online course and

tools, you can expect almost immediate growth in sales, often within

few days from the actual product launch. I myself own a brand and

sell products at Amazon and it is my secondary source of income after

Internet Marketing.

Pros:

• you get almost immediate free traffic to your Amazon product

page

• you don’t need to ship out orders, handle returns or refunds –

Amazon does everything for you when you store your products

in their Amazon Fulfillment Warehouses and use their

Fulfillment by Amazon service

• once you get up and running with a product at amazon.com you

can scale up easily by expanding to Amazon in the UK, Canada,

Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Japan or India.



Cons:

• you need to invest time into selecting proper product (of course based on quality instruction), find supplier, invest into product

inventory, do marketing and improve the product over years to

keep up with the competition

Still, the Amazon business is awesome in terms of the amount time

you invest to it – it truly doesn’t take more than one hour per day to

maintain.

On the pictures below, you can see how much Amazon.com sellers can

every person you refer to vendor site when that person signs up to

vendor’s E-mail list to receive more information about their products

or services. The other way is CPA (Cost Per Action) Method where

you refer any person to vendor’s survey page.

Most common vendors in this instance are insurance companies or

banks who offer mortgages and need to get specific information from

people on-line. Believe it or not, there are instances where you get as

In previous chapters, you’ve learned about the most effective on-line

business models you can adopt and start making money on-line

effectively. In this chapter, we will go through ways how to increase

number of visitors to your page for maximum profit growth.

As you already know traffic is the amount of visitors coming to your

site, your product offer or you free gift offer. Assuming your website

article or opt-in page will be well optimized, the more people who

visit it, the more subscribers and in the end, more sales you get. To

increase the amount of traffic to your pages, you need one of

following two things: money or time.

Free Traffic

If you don’t have a lot of money but you have time, then there are a

lot of ways how you can get free traffic. I’ll mention them only briefly
