Prepare a casting plate and insert little metal pad Pour plaster over and make a casting
Sand the model Prepare the articulator – the joint track is locked The upper portion of MGV 130 is mounted
The lower portion of MGV 130 is mounted Both upper and lower parts of MGV 130 are mounted in the articulator
Set +1mm on the incisial rod
Operating procedure with MGV 130 systemThe recommended height of the model is 30mm including the technology used

Insert a suitable adapter to work with a tray Mount the bottom panel
Align the bottom model with the incisor point and the occlusal plane (using a rubber band).
Incisor centre and interbuccal bump of tooth no. 6
Tighten the lower part of MGV 130 Insert the model of the upper part
Use a suitable bite registration material Attach the upper model to fit the bite
Loosen lateral locking screw on the upper part of MGV 130
Loosen upper locking screw on the upper part of MGV 130

Remove the bite registration material, return the incisial rod to the 0 position and check maximum
contact using articulation paper
Remove both models and the transition plate
All screws must be tighten gradually, first gently and then using greater force
Insert the MGV 130 key. Blue with blue, red with red Adjust and tighten the MGV 130 key.
It‘s best to tighten both screws simultaneously
The removed MGV 130 key has been adjusted to specific work
After repositioning the tooth models back to the MGV 130 system, the articulator is ready
for further work
First tighten the upper screw Then tighten the side screw
Operating procedure for change upper part of MGV 130 system from ,F‘ position to ,S‘ position
Prepare the upper part of MGV 130 Unscrew the lateral screw and take out the padDisplace the axis from the right side and slide the segment out of the arms
Loosen the upper screw and turn the segment into the “S” position
Insert the segment in between the arms, then insert the axis from the right side, fix the pad from the left side and screw in the lateral screw
Fasten the upper part of MGV 130 to the upper arm of the articulator
