Restaurant by the

name of Nakisaki

Restaurant was created. Started by the

Lyn Family, it has become a legendary,

family owned and operated place of

eatery in Rosedale, Queens NY. After

much success and growth over a few

years, in 1990, the second Nakisaki

Restaurant, Catering Hall and Night

Club was started in Hempstead, NY. In

1996, the Jam Roc Cafe and nightclub

was also created in Hempstead, NY.

With the realization of the

necessity to market and promote the

Nakisaki and Jam Roc brands, in

1997 the Lyn Family's son, Earl Lyn Jr.,

started Jam Roc Productions LLC. This

production company grew in various

areas, including, but not limited to:

* Special Event Development

* Event Productions

* Event equipment rentals

* Event Management and staffing

* Marketing and Promotions

* Media purchasing

* Public Relations

* Company branding

* Sponsorship & Company Merger

Developments

* Full legal and accounting services

* Full Catering Services

Nakisaki Restaurant seated 263

Cafe and Night Club had a capacity of

2,500 people. With that being said, as

venue owners and operators it became

not only a priority, but a necessity to

produce top quality events for our

venues on a weekly basis. This consisted

of soliciting the services of artists, artist

booking agencies, television stations,

radio stations, newspapers, street

teams, media outlets, the procurement

of event equipment, and management

of the "in house" production and full

customer hospitality services. As we

built our alliances, we became very

successful in building our brands

through our events which included

R&B and rap artists ranging from the

group 112, Faith Evans, Mary J Blige,

Little Kim, The Lost Boys, to Maya,

Little Cease, Eric Sherman, Genuwine,

The Fugees, Fabulous, Big Pun, and

Erica Badau, just to name a few. We

also had great Reggae and Dancehall

artists from Beenie Man, Sean Paul,

Baby Cham, Wayne Wonder, Gyptian,

I Wayne, Bascomb X, Donovan

Banzana, Shaggy, Sizzla, Barrington

Levy, Sanchez, Bounty Killer, and

Gregory Isaacs, to Dobby Dobson, Ken

Booth, John Holt, Iwa George, Kevin

Little, and many other artists.

At our Jam Roc Night Club,

Tuesdays became known as "Bad Boy

Night," where we had the honor to host

and co-produce the event with the world

famous Bad Boy Records. This was the

launch of the Bad Boy Records label.

Not long after, many popular labels

such as Roc a fella Records, Murder

Inc., Island Records, Universal Records,

Atlantic Records, Electra Records, Sony

Red, Warner Records, Def Jam Records,

VP Records and Ruff Ryders Records

partnered up with Jam Roc Productions

to produce live shows at The Jam Roc

Night Club to show case their artists. This

dynamic merging opportunity allowed

us to work closely with top artists and

booking agencies and directly with

major artist's managers and Record

Labels. With producing these events at

our facility, it became necessary to work

directly with television cable companies

such as Cablevision and Time Warner

and many popular radio stations in

New York including Hot 97 FM, Power

105 FM, Kiss FM, WBLS FM, WLIB

FM and 93.5 FM. This involvement

made it possible to hire and build

personal relationships with popular

radio personalities some of which are

Funk Master Flex, Jazzy Joyce, Angie

Martinez, DJ Enough, Cocoa Channel,

K- Slay, Bobby Kondors and Jabba,

Ed Lover and Dr. Dre, The Spiceman,

Dahvid Levy, Pat Mackay, DJ Roy, Chris

The Dubmaster, and Gil Baily to name

a few. This was a tremendous help in

developing our brands within the Tri

State New York area and ultimately

our popularity grew nationally and

internationally.

As we developed our production

skills and relationships within the

mainstream media and entertainment

industries in New York, endless exposure

came and we started to produce

major events, and got involved with

the producers of those events. These

major events were The Tamika Reggae

Awards, The first Jerk, Roots the Yam

Fest in New York, Reggae Carifest as

well as the Celebrity Soccer Match and

Irie Jamboree when it first started.

Another spotlight of our

endeavors was in 1998, when we

were very fortunate to partner up with

Point Blank Entertainment and obtained

an opportunity to host major events

at the Nassau Coliseum (capacity

18,000), located in Uniondale Long

Island, NY, which included the Up In

Smoke Tour that featured Snoop Dogg,

Eminem and Dr. Dre as well as a sold

out concert with Jay Z, DMX, and 50

Cent. We then hosted the after party of

both events at our Jam Roc Night Club.

A few years later In 2002, Jam

Roc Productions again partnered with

Point Blank Entertainment in working

with Reggae Carifest promoters in

bringing Reggae, for the first time, to

The Nassau Coliseum which featured

legendary artists Beres Hammond,

Bunny Wailer, Sizzla, Barrington Levy,

Marcia Griffiths and Marshall Montana.

We also hosted the concert after party

at Jam Roc Night Club.

From 1998 to the present, Jam

Roc Productions continues to produce

major concerts at the Amazura Concert

Hall in Jamaica, Queens, NY (capacity

3,300) where we produced Jam Roc's

Annual Thanksgiving Dances Featuring

David Rodigan and many others for

a total of 8 years. We also produced

events periodically throughout the years

which include artists such as Shabba

Ranks, Super Cat, Josey Wales, Charlie

Chaplin, Nicodemus, Sugar Minnott,

and Gregory Isaacs.

In 2004, Jam Roc Productions

was introduced to The Jamaica Cultural

Alliance Inc,. a 501C3 nonprofit

organization that functions as a

public affairs organization with the

objective of expanding and enriching

American knowledge and awareness

of Jamaican culture and heritage.

The Jamaica Cultural Alliance, JCA,

is programmatically structured to

facilitate the development of literature,

education, and music, as well as the

visual and performing arts. The general

goal of the Jamaican Cultural Alliance

is to promote the best of Jamaica, its

people and their multi-faceted lifestyles

in order to clarify and enhance the

image of Jamaica and the Caribbean

at large. Jam Roc Productions has

since then formed an alliance with the

Jamaica Cultural Alliance to enhance

its programs and visions by offering all

of its services such as consultant, brand

development, event development,

marketing, promotions, public relations,

and sponsorship development. We are

proud of their tireless efforts to promote

and preserve our rich Caribbean

heritage.

Navy, Homeland Security and the Department of Morale, Welfare and Recreation to

produce Jamaica's 43 Independence Celebration at Guantanamo Bay Cuba for the

large Jamaican civilian workforce and over 15,000 Navy personnel that live and

work on Guantanamo Bay Cuba. This was a very monumental experience for Jam

Roc as thousands of Navy personnel danced and rocked to our musical production

and enjoyed delicious Jamaican cuisine.

companies within the production industry nationwide. We have created mergers

business practices, great people and the development of relationships with many

levels of sponsors which includes everything from small businesses to Fortune 500
