You’ll tap into continuous business mentoring, excellent training and hands-on responsibility. You’ll learn like you’ve never learned before. It’s challenging, make no mistake. But we´re looking to make future managers of you within two to three years. By focusing on your whole development, personally and professionally, we’ll concentrate on three key areas: learning by experience, learning through people and formal learning. From day one you’ll be given the responsibility to solve a variety of surprising and important issues- you’ll have real ownership of key decisions. Future focused feedback and challenging goals drives innovation and ambition within our performance culture and inclusive and informal environment. We will push you to achieve your potential and make a big business impact where you learn from the best. Our people have the opportunity to make a big impact every day on a local level, across Europe and the globe. Wherever you’re based in the business, you will gain experience of driving culture change, managing employee relations, developing talented individuals and leaders, improving the performance of teams and supporting their well-being. It’s all about shaping our organisation from within.

What will the programme involve ?Minimum of three placements, including time at:• Nordic Head Office • Factory – various locations across the Nordics• An HR expertise team (Reward, Learning & Development or Talent). • Opportunity for international placement

What do we look for?• Bachelor Degree with strong academic track record • Academic or work experience within HR• Maximum of two years working experience after graduation • Extracurricular activities and/or work experiences outside the academic world, that

displays your commercial awareness, drive and leadership potentialMost likely some international experience and fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages.
