You will need:Dark Bread

Red Wine

A Cup

A Bowl

A Bell

Materials to Cast a Circle

Place:Outside, near a place of power ispreferable.

Gather your materials and casta circle. Then invoke the powers you will share this rite with. Say the blessing for the bread with you left hand over it:Here is the bread,the life of the earth,Blessed to give us life and strength.I consecrate it in the name of ____.With myleft hand I bless it.With my left hand I shall eat it.

Ring the bell again, and say for the wine, while lifting the cup:Here is wine, filling the cup with abundance.I consecrate it in the name of ____.With my left hand I lift it.With my lefthand I shall drink it.

Holding the cup in your left hand still, bring it near your lips, and say: I drink this cup in myLadysname:she shall gather me home again.Then drink a little. After you have shared from the cup, tear or cut your portionof the bread. As you bring the bread to your lips, held with your left hand, say:I eat this bread in the unknown name,for fear and care, and want of Him.Then eat.The rest of the wine should be poured into the same bowl containing the bread, mixing the two together. Dip your finger into the mixture and anoint your head with it. When that is finished, hold up the remains and say The Declaration of Giving:As some is taken, so is this givenby a son of the family of the Old Faith.I give itto the ground.I give it to the Pale People Below.That Above and Below will become one.For what is taken is truly given,and what is given is truly taken.The day and night are wedas the living and the dead.Here is shown a Mystery.
