CONDITIONS OF ENTRYEntries and nominations must be received at Hook Parish Council offices by Monday 17th July. All entries must be viewable from the public highway. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Entries will not be acknowledged. It will not be possible to advise entrants of the date or time of judging. Judges will not be able to discuss entries. The results will remain confidential until the official presentation. Results can be obtained after the official presentation by sending a SAE to Hook in Bloom, Hook Parish Council, Ravenscroft, Hook RG27 9NN. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner of each category agrees to be involved in a publicity photograph of their win.
