Our Chengxi Tianxing Textile factory is located in Haining China Warp Knitting Scientific-Technical Industrial Zone, one of the largest manufacturing centers of HDPE and PVC linings and membranes in China. We specialize in manufacturing HDPE and PVC Linings as well as geo-membranes and structural support systems for dam building, waste dumps, and road construction and stabilization.

We have 150 employees and an area of 30,000 square meters, with an annual output standing at more than USD3,700,000.

The ZJ series, the ZGB series of slurry pumps are the dominant products of our company and are mainly applicable to process concentration and cleaner tailings of industries like electric power, coal mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemistry, etc. Other uses include the transportation of corrosive slurry with solid granules such as ash and slag, slime and heavy media coal separation in coal preparation plants, and mortar in sand excavation operation of shores and banks.

Chenxi manufacture and supply of titanium starter plates for the Copper Mining Industry.

TitaniumThe titanium starter sheets are used for the depositing of copper, for production of a copper starter sheet in the

electro refining process of copper.

Hanger BarThe hanger bar is manufactured by process of casting electrolytic grade copper into T2 titanium tube. This ensures

maximum efficiency and bonding of the copper to the titanium which in turn gives maximum electrical efficiency. This tube is then rolled to form the square tube which will be welded to the titanium sheet.

Assembly of Bar to SheetThe titanium encased copper hanger bar will be inference fit onto the titanium sheet with no gaps between the

materials and will be welded as such to ensure uniform current flow.

Our assembly process ensures that when the mother blank hangs in position the blank will remain in a 100% vertical plane.

Grooving and EdgingEdge strips are also supplied to conform to the specification of 25mm wide (max) wit a simple self locking

arrangement with the blank sheet. Edge strip will withstand 160-180GPL Sulphuric Acid at a max temperature of 70deg Celsius.
