    The Granzow Consulting Group uses a comprehensive approach to wealth management. For this process to achieve its full potential, we listen intently to our clients. We start by outlining your goals, taking items such as pension benefits, retirement income or your child’s education into consideration. Our team then performs a holistic analysis of your current situation and hold-ings, evaluating both risks and opportunities.

    We divide your portfolio into three asset classes:

    • Growth Assets • Risk-Managed Assets • Inflation Protection Assets

    For more than 25 years, John Granzow has been devoted to providing advice

    and knowledge-based value for clients. He is board president of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA®), an organization that sets the standards and practices for the investment manage-ment consulting profession.

    Previously, John co-founded and was president of a national brokerage and consulting firm. He serves as an Investment Advisory Board member for the Salvation Army – Southern Territory, and is a member of the Charlotte Economic Club.

    John holds numerous certifications and licenses, including Certified Investment Management AnalystSM, and manages client accounts through the Private Investment Management program.

    Matthew recognizes that each client is unique and will require an investment solution tailored to fit their specific needs. Before joining The Granzow Consult-ing Group in 2005, Matthew was a portfolio analyst for a Wells Fargo affiliate. Before joining our Group, Matthew served as an investment management ana-lyst supporting a senior financial consultant with a national brokerage and consulting organization.

    Matthew graduated from North Carolina State Uni-versity with a BS in Finance and received a MBA from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte, where he was a McColl Senior Fellow. He is a board member for the university’s alumni associa-tion and is on the board with Loaves & Fishes, a local non-profit.

    Matthew grew up in Charlotte, NC. He is an Eagle Scout. In his free time, Matthew enjoys golf and competing in triathlons. In 2009, he completed the IronMan Arizona.

    Phyllis is responsible for all client administration, service and operations support for The Granzow Con-sulting Group. Before joining our team in 2002, she was Operations Coordinator for the Myers Park Wells Fargo Advisors office.

    A graduate of Kings College, Phyllis has two children. An avid baseball fan, Phyllis enjoys spending free time running and reading.

    Client Associate The Granzow Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors

    Devon discovered her passion for helping others working as an Emergency Medical Technician before joining The Granzow Consulting Group in 2008.

    She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and is involved in her community. Devon volunteers with charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Samaritan’s Purse. Devon also ran the Chicago marathon in 2005 to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Her hobbies include gardening, catering and visiting her native Canada on vacation.
