YOU ARE HEREBY NOTI-FIED that a Complaint has been filed in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, by the United States, on behalf of Department of Agriculture, Rural Housing Service, by and through the United States Attorney for the District of Kansas, pray-ing for judgment in the amount of $2,800.28 in principal and $633.12 in interest, as of Decem-ber 26, 2007, plus interest ac-
cruing after that date of $0.8248 per day to the date of judgment herein, together with interest at the legal rate thereafter; and $23,698.84 in subsidy subject to repayment; plus the costs of this action; and for foreclosure of the real estate mortgage executed on April 19, 1983, covering real property located in Sherman County, Kansas described as:
Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block One (1), in the Subdivision of the Original Town of Good-land, according to the recorded plat thereof.
You are hereby required to plead to said Complaint on or before the 7th day of March, 2008, in said Court at Kansas City, Kansas. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said Complaint.
