8 competitiveness clusters (Axelera, Imaginove, Minalogic, Mont-Blanc Industrie, Plastipolis, Techtera, Tenerrdis, ViaMéca) featuring more than 1300 companies (majority of SME) and research laboratories, with the support of Grenoble INP, set the goal of highlighting collaborative innovation of Auvergne-Rhône-alpes ecosystem in Factory of the Future’s stakes.

More than 250 collaborative projects of research, development and industrialization, linked with the strategic domains and the key technologies of the Factory of the Future, were supported and founded since 2005 by at least one of the eight competitiveness clusters of the hub. These 250 projects involve companies and/or academic actors of the Region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

The hub of competitiveness clusters aims to boost the exchanges between communities of each competitiveness cluster to stimulate the emergence of new collaborative projects in answer to the Factory of the Future stakes.

The hub is working in coordination with AFPC (Competitiveness and business clusters organization www.afpc.eu), Alliance Industry of the future and Region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

The hub leaned on the EFFRA road map (www.effra.eu) to define the brick of innovative functional solution for Factory of the Future.
