  • Introduction In November of 2010 I decided to sell everything I owned and leave the United States with only a backpack and suitcase. I had planned my departure for 9 months. I had a clear set of goals. Travel and stop working a 9-5. Good food. Good wine. Good hash. Lets see how long we can keep this going. I never went to college. I started with just a few hundred dollars. I didnt speak any other languages. I only have big ideas and an obsession with small details. When were young we dream of having more money and then we get older and we get that money but nothing has really changed. We should be longing for freedom. Not money, not time, but the freedom to do as we please without answering to anyone, tied down to nothing. Define our own priorities.

What do you want? Everyone says more money but we dont really think about why. Some people say time but surely that couldnt have applied to me. Bored and uninterested, I was in a routine of tedious IT jobs, drinking, and putting food in the microwave. I would fantasize about life outside my sleepy city while browsing National Geographic photo archives dozing off in my cubicle. I didnt need time. I had too much of it. I was washing the dishes staring the out window when I saw a FedEx truck drive by. I began wondering what kind of things go into a logistics company. Who says to themselves- I want to start shipping things. I should get some boxes.? How do you bring fresh new ideas to something as basic as moving things around? It was a passing thought just as if I saw a truck with a logo on the highway. It wasnt until several weeks later that I was browsing listings on eBay and saw a vendors size 24 ranting about Brazilian customers asking him to mark the item as a gift with a value of less than 50 dollars. I couldnt believe how someone could have such strong moral reservations against lying about the value of iPhone replacement screens. How many messages did this person receive before they sat down at their computer and nerd raged seven paragraphs on their eBay profile? Size 24. Was it a scam? Was there anything else to this? What was he talking about? I had never heard anything about this. After a magazine article and two minutes on Wikipedia I had it all figured out. Its a simple concept. Unfair and unmanageable, but simple. The Brazilian government wants to force Brazilian industry, not through free markets, but high tariffs and infamously slow bureaucracy. An unspoken component of the Brazilian business model is that people have no other choice. Of course certain companies can work with impunity, theres no competition, and the quality of goods and services decline. Its similar to Juche idealism in North Korea. Yes, that North Korea.

  • There are no gentle incentives, either. Brazil has some of the highest import taxes on planet Earth. If you are a small business owner and you wanted to import an electronic item that cost 100 USD MSRP, you must pay the Brazilian government 105 USD upon entry, just in taxes, to be able to legally receive and sell that item. Otherwise the items are kept and/or destroyed at the border. That means that your 100 USD item could be 205 USD, not including shipping which can take up to 50 days because the taxes ate up your budget. Regular everyday people are unfairly held to these taxes, too. If you were an average Brazilian that wanted a new graphics card from Amazon, you must pay over 200% MSRP for that item, again, excluding shipping. There are exceptions of course. Some raw materials and agriculture products are taxed much lower, around 3%, and all gifts with a declared value of less than 50 USD are not held, which is what the angry eBay guy was ranting about. Most consumer goods are cheap, Chinese, and smuggled from Paraguay. It should be obvious but most established eBay sellers are so terrified of having their accounts locked that they actively turn business away simply due to what they perceive as complex import taxes and risk. Perceived risk. Its only two fields on the form. Just two. The biggest country in South America is waiting to be taken seriously and no one is capitalizing on it. The world grows and changes while Brazilians are held hostage by their government in a desperate attempt to grow industry. MSRP for a PlayStation 4 is 4,000 BRL, just under 2,000 USD. It is realistic to expect a Brazilian company to develop and manufacture a comparable video game console? The overwhelming majority of online retailers are unwilling to find any loopholes so the costs are dumped to the customer or they simply refuse to do business. Every Brazilian is familiar with this email: Thank you for contacting us. h Brazil. ^ ^/

Large companies such as Dell work in their own ways. They all do in some capacity. They have to. Computers will ship without an OS to lower the MSRP upon entry, etc. There are even agencies in Brazil that will find shipping loopholes for your company. I started a successful Brazilian drop service with only a spare bedroom and a clean credit card. I made it pay for 9 months of living expenses, including my flight 7000 kilometers away by intentionally using components that I could leverage later. A dollar did not just represent a dollar. What else could it do?

  • Even if you arent capable of managing shipments you can still offer your address as a forwarding drop for any items that were backordered during shopping trips, returns, Amazon orders, etc. Order all of your shipping materials here-- https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail-flat.htm Fill up your shopping cart with Large Flat Rate Priority Boxes. It's all free. You'll get your materials in a week. You'll also need at least Qty. 10 - 2976-E-- available here. No other label will work. If the website is out you can go to the post office and directly ask for 2976-E which is just the official name for the envelope specific to 2976-A, which we print when we pay for shipping. Visit BankRate and apply for any number of travel rewards cards such as Chase United. Use this credit card for all of your product and shipping purchases. You will more than likely earn at least 20-30,000 frequent flyer miles just as a signing bonus. This coupled with the volume of purchases on your card ($64.95 each large flat rate box including the original cost of the items) greatly subsidizes the cost of your first flight. "/..." I didn't either but there are nearly 300 million people in the country and they all hate taxes.

Eu nao estou muambeiro. Eu sou o muambeiro! Learn your market. Learn the slang. Learn key words in the language. The word "muambeiro" is used jokingly or "tongue in cheek" but the meaning is still very much understood. You are the smuggler in the literal definition. That French Connection. The gringo that helps working people and small business owners to get what they want at reasonable prices, consistently and safely. Advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Look for #muambeiro on Instagram or Muambeiro purchase clubs on Facebook. Facebook is most popular and accessible for this but constantly keep your options open. Orkut (owned by Google but not yet integrated with Google+) is still very popular in Brazil and India. PayPal is the preferred payment method. Its hard enough to pitch the idea to strangers the first few times, let alone suggest a payment processer they are not familiar with. Many people do not have a credit card anyhow. You are not marketing to people that would use your address to purchase stolen goods. The smash and grab mentality is a waste of time and short term thinking is what makes people poor. Avoid that thinking and avoid those people. If it really bothers you can take an extra precautionary measure and demand that any customers forward you their proof of purchase to ensure the names match but I dont feel that its necessary. I have shipped well over 700 packages without a problem.

  • It's important to recognize key indicators of an emerging middle class no matter which country you choose. Generally speaking, new disposable income doesn't gravitate towards 50" LCD TVs or vacuum cleaners that can move themselves around the house. Instead, most rational people will indulge on some of the better quality everyday products they are already familiar with and that may already exist within their budget. A 32 year old professional woman in Curitiba is likely aware of brand names such as Goldwell, Rusk, Allsaints, Burt's Bees, but the shipping and tariffs make the cost just barely out of range to really justify it. By pairing a number of items together and leaning on social media you are not just advertising, you are starting the conversation on a personal level. You are posting pictures to popular pages, not purchasing Facebook ads. Most people split packages with friends and family. Many start-ups want small gifts or "swag" for clients and employees. Many expats miss things such as peanut butter or vinegar based barbecue sauces. Small business owners want a small advantage. They want to be known as the guy in the neighborhood that can get X, Y, and Z. You want to allow people to take a small step in purchasing something they can justify possibly losing during shipping rather than trying to sell an iPhone to everyone you meet. Its not realistic and even if you do manage to sell a phone it would never arrive. Average delivery times to Brazil vary between 10 and 21 days. Delivery times of 40-50 days to South America are not uncommon. Some of the more upwardly mobile of the Brazilian middle class will take annual trips to Miami for no other reason than to shop. For now, you play into that indulgent emotion and allow people to spend a few extra hundred for the shampoo they know they like or a present for an upcoming birthday. The most profitable packages are Large Flat Rate Priority boxes with an appealing variety of smaller items such as

9 MAC brand cosmetics 9 Sunglasses 9 Microwavable popcorn 9 Shampoo 9 Conditioner 9 Boxing shorts 9 Ju-Jitsu accessories 9 Small boat parts such as bilge pumps 9 High end hydroponic equipment 9 Perfume sample packs (Sephora)

Do not send electronics in the mail. They will get seized at best, usually stolen. I sent 6 small boxes in a medium Flat Rate box. Each small box matched the exact form factor of a new iPhone. All white with only a single USB charger in each box. No Apple branding whatsoever. The package was seized due the x-ray matching the form factor untaxed iPhones. They will actively chase iPhones and PlayStations for tax fraud. Dont give them a reason.

  • You want your package to be as inconspicuous as possible. I have successfully shipped nearly 700 packages and only lost 3, which includes my little iPhone experiment. You will be surprised at what you can fit in a box but remember to stay within 18lbs. The maximum weight limit is 20lbs. but you should keep a 2lbs. buffer to avoid your package being flagged as too heavy. The package will still ship if it is overweight but the recipient will receive a bill before the package is released and this increases the chances of the package being opened and taxed. The Brazilian Real changes against the Dollar every day. It may go from 1:2.12 to 1:2.23 in a single week. For the sake of simplicity just think of the BRL against the Dollar as 2 to 1. You will likely be pleasantly surprised when it's time to withdraw and the exchange rate is 2.1, 2.3, or higher. The earning potential grows quickly once you start working with 3 5 regular customers.

    USD/BRL 1:2.1

5 packages a day @ 29 USD = 145 USD / or 304 BRL per day 145 per day @ 5 days a week = 725 USD / 1522 BRL per week 4 weeks @ 725 USD ea. = 2900 USD / 5800 BRL per month This is absolutely best case scenario and would only happen if you managed to begin working with several small business owners at once. Its unrealistic to think that you would see anything close to those numbers within a few months of starting. However, even operating at less than half that volume still generates 2,500 BRL with the intention of spending it in a country where the average monthly salary is 1,200 BRL, or just over 500 USD. Dont let those numbers fool you, though. Brazil itself is out of reach for a lot of her own people. Remember that we are riding the uptick of the emerging middle class. The majority of people are working poor so we cater to what is affordable, and, most importantly, easily rationalized, which is why we default to moderately priced beauty products and not iPhones. Not yet anyway. But, if you are going to run a fence, have complete control. Dont let strangers ship items to you just to make 30 dollars. Put an end to this as quickly as you can and have your money work for you. The goal is not to create 100 different customers but just 3-5 people who can talk to 3-5 other people that own small businesses. Hair and nail salons are easily targeted on Facebook and should be your first priority. You are not running a point and click business. You want to create 3-5 small clandestine logistics channels for emerging middle class Brazilian small business owners. You arent going to be marketing to strangers on Facebook forever.

  • The best indicator of an emerging middle class is the health of the womens shoe market. When womens shoes are being sold people have money to spend. Watch Steve Madden. It ebbs and flows when cash is plenty. Tax return season. Even paydays. Despite the cultural differences people are the same everywhere. Follow that logic all the way down to the rainforest and have it pay for itself along the way. Not all products will fit in your worldview. Dont be alarmed. Importing small, high dollar items that may seem obvious to you, such as razor blades, can result in huge losses. Brazil enjoys name brand razorblades for pennies on the dollar compared to US prices. Actively undercut services like Bongo or My.US in both shipping and your willingness to lie to customs forms and you wont be able to keep up. I could argue that at this point in the game your best return is not from any CVVs but rather from shampoo that smells like cucumbers. The goal was to get out of my city. Not stay and pimp out my US address, managing Amazon orders for rich, exceptionally beautiful Latin women. (I looked them up on Facebook) I was working against myself but it was easy and I liked it. I liked talking to people in a different country. But in the end its just more money and it planted me deeper in a place that I often dreamt of leaving. I wanted to keep the momentum of the business, capitalize on all the work and time I had put into my logistics channels, and make as much money as possible at the end. A big exclamation mark to say I was done with the project. I wanted something to make me feel good about abandoning it. It was a tall order. I thought about order fulfilment services like Molding Box but the fees were outrageous and I had little control over anything. The company is based in Utah and its impossible to work with a bunch of Mormons that refuse to falsify customs documents and its way too expensive to scale. How do we do that last press to get a large cash injection to fund something crazy, like buying a one way plane tickets? This was the question. I began paying for shipping upfront. The old process was simply using my address as a drop for Amazon orders and reship using whatever shipping label that was provided to me. I started to offer a service. For my good customers, the people that shipped at least 3 boxes a week, I would pay the Large Priority Flat Rate Box up front and in some cases the items themselves, and I would be reimbursed through PayPal. My customers went from paying me 30 dollars a box to paying me 30 dollars a box and 200 frequent flyer miles for every box. I made a loan through myself. The credit card borrows from the PayPal account on 30 day terms. One month behind the other. The cash is routed immediately back onto the card to take advantage of frequent flyer promotions on a rolling schedule. I exposed myself to risk by offering to prepay but the return paid for a full round trip ticket in 90 days.

  • Included in this package is an Excel spreadsheet configured to convert an 18 month or item projection using any value you set for the current exchange rate. Use XE to find the daily price of the BRL against the Dollar for the purpose of this guide. Input your projects in each row and change the exchange rate accordingly. This is a good visual exercise to show you how a fluctuation can affect your goal. You may see several hundred come and go during the course of a week but remember that these values are only for planning purposes. You are not making or losing any money unless you are actively selling or buying it. If you do not have a quick and efficient way of exchanging USD to BRL at current market value then getting anxious over fluctuating exchange rates is meaningless. The dollar will always be stronger. That said; do not be tempted by Forex markets. There is a reason all Forex advertisements show a picture of a slot machine. It is unnecessary and extremely volatile. Despite its beauty, Brazil is home to 37 of the top 50 most dangerous cities in the world. You cannot just walk into the markets of Uruguaiana at 7AM Monday morning and expect to begin offloading goods to strangers. I had never visited Brazil before. I could tell you all about South American logistics and tariff laws but I had never actually met a Brazilian or visited the country. I didnt speak Portuguese. I relied on a loose support structure of all of my previous customers. I gave price incentives to those who could speak English well and translate for me. I brought 15 iPhones, without boxes or chargers, taped together disguised as two separate boxes of microwavable popcorn. I used the last months shipments to purchase one wholesale lot of iPhones off eBay and abandoned the credit card. This put 10,000 USD in the bank that we could touch. The customs agents quickly inspected my bags for anything large and obvious such as MacBooks or video game consoles and let me pass. Absolutely worst case scenario is that your goods are confiscated. You will not be denied entry but remember that its hit or miss. There is a risk but youre a gringo in a tourist country. Dont be obvious and you have nothing to worry about. Ive done it 9 times now with no issue. Ive had my bags searched twice. Be friendly, smiley, and stupid. I made home base a hotel room in Centro Rio de Janeiro. I met all my previous customers at Starbucks, botecos, my hotel, or the train station. I met my customers. I met their cousins. I met the people that are known in the neighborhood as the guy with the good shampoos. Women kiss on both cheeks in Rio. Everyone is happy. I was the shampoo guy. All the phones were gone in 5 days. 1000 BRL each. As is. No charger, no box. No questions. No worries. ^. Cheap chargers from Paraguay are everywhere. Everyone is happy. I added 15,000 BRL to my bottom line within a week. I was set for months to come, focusing on beaches and drinks with little umbrellas in them.

  • This wasnt an exceptional amount of money but it represented a 6 month paid vacation that began with a stoned Sunday afternoon washing dishes just staring out the window. It was how I worked a single credit card application, Facebook, and patience into 15 iPhones, 43,000 BRL and 60,000 frequent flyer miles over the course of 9 months to completely fund my adventure. We apply the same tactics of compounding resources in the Four Horsemen method but apply it to resources that we cannot see or touch, allowing us to move and live freely. We only pursue projects that can be worked again, over and over, always benefitting a potential scenario behind it. Projects are worked with the goal being a quadruple return on its original functionality, all before being sold off to a third party. The basic premise of the Four Horsemen method is to reuse and recycle resources to build up and out, eventually offloading the infrastructure as a turn-key business package on Flippa. There are four stages

9 Automating and cleaning with LadroN+ and Stripe 9 Known good data 9 Diversion 9 Flopping with Flippa

The first run is started by importing CVV data into LadroN+ to schedule and automate transactions using the Stripe API. After weve run the CVVs through LadroN+ we export the payment lists from the Stripe dashboard to cross reference and identify the customers that failed checks for name, CVV, CVC, address, or any other criteria that we want to prune out. If we ran 300 CVVs and saw 60% validity, we then export our data directly from the Stripe dashboard in Excel format to see which of the 300 cards have failed. 180 CVVs move onto the secondary merchant while the other 120 are trashed as business operating costs. Those 180 customers are framed in such a way that we avoid the need to manually enter the transaction details ourselves. They are moved or promoted to a secondary merchant account where we are much more confident in their purchasing power. LadroN+ is not the primary income generator until much later in the process. Stripe is so sensitive that its likely your account will be closed before your funds are released from the pending state. Its a waste of time to think of LadroN+ as a profit center until you have Stripe accounts that can actually support it. We need a way to slowly build and compound non-disputable funds to get our young Stripe accounts through their probation period and into a 2 day payout schedule. Most of the administrative overhead comes from managing Stripe. You are going to go through a lot of Stripe accounts.

  • This initial web store is the primary node. The primary node is the first touch point for the two processes that return to us. We decide at this point which direction our funds are going to take. We have two options. Cash out or re-invest

Consolidation- Collapse previous funds into a single Stripe, Paymill, or PayPal account for cash out and withdrawal.

Diversion Move money back into merchant accounts to be used as non-disputable funds and pushing forward.

We will use the Sellfy payment gateway on our primary nodes. It is perfect for our application. Sellfy acts as a gateway specifically for intangible digital download products and pays into directly PayPal, Stripe, or Paymill merchant accounts.

Four income generating web stores compound on themselves until we are ready to promote our Stripe accounts to act as primary income generators while still acting as the component to cleans our data before the secondary merchant.

We operate on a rolling schedule. Once a Stripe account on the primary node is eligible for the 2 day pay out it is disconnected and a web store is configured to run LadroN+ jobs against the new API key.

A new Stripe account is added to the primary node, behind Sellfy, and we start the process over again. The Stripe account is matured and exercise past the probation period and moved to web store 2. Then a new Stripe account is added to the primary node, behind Sellfy, and we start the process over again, again, and again.

Each gateway has the capability to scale and supplement the next gateway in the chain or to simply cash out.

  • Creation a. Register LLC on LegalZoom (optional) This step is entirely optional but can be really beneficial if you plan to keep your original company for longer than 12 months. Some credit unions work with their State to offer unsecured small business loans of up to $50,000 with the only qualification being that the applying company has paid state taxes for 12 consecutive months.

This is not as intimidating as you may think! The theme of this method is to only pursue projects that can be considered an asset so you may offload or leverage it while you are traveling. With a little administrative overhead, foresight, and patience you can turn a loose group of otherwise burned and useless web stores into a $50,000 destination goal at the 12 month mark. The worst that can happen is that your application is denied and you slowly sell them on Flippa like we do in the short term. However, following the logic of our original business, you could leverage this to be another exclamation mark. By using LegalZoom and its associated services you can expect to invest around 1,300 USD end to end. If you are willing to skimp on maintaining the registered business in a half-assed attempt to apply for a business loan, dont bother. Just because the application process is easy you will be asked to prove income and projections. If doesnt matter if the lender is known to be easy. No money is secured until you have it in your hands. If you are undecided about your future plans you should still get in the habit of structuring your projects in ways that may pay off in the future. If you decide to use LegalZoom to create an LLC, its easiest to leave them as the Registered Agent. The monthly fee is $17.95 but they are required to remain the agent even if the account is delinquent and the charges cannot compound. If you have no intention of getting small business loans, an EIN, or pursuing a Corporate American Express account then it is unnecessary to register an LLC. You can simply use an SSN as a Sole Proprietor for your merchant accounts.

  • b) Create presence on My.US (optional) Once you are out of the country the most important components of the operation is the use of a forwarding service like myus.com This is a shipping service almost identical to our original operation but they do not alter customs data. Use this for your personal use only. Their primary market is people making Amazon orders but we are going to Premium + Mail package under our LLC to receive mail on behalf of our employees overseas using the USPS 1583 form. Its especially important to think about what kind of business you are going to run before committing to anything. If you plan to stay in Brazil for a while, your business may provide services to American expat offshore oil & gas employees as well as sending gifts. If you are planning to spend a lot of time in Asia, your business may provide services to young people on gap year or TEFL English teachers as well as sending gifts. Its not necessary to keep all your web stores affiliated. Just remember that your primary node is the money that is closest to you. Keep a business model vague enough to transform when you need it to. Keep verbs out of company names and rely on names instead. Verified PayPal Business accounts can be purchased through BuyVCC. The beauty of the 1583 form is that you are simply allowing My.US to act as the agent to forward mail rather than changing any addresses. You list all of your "employees" on the form in section 12 and you may receive and forward documents, in their name, only when sent to that address, on behalf of your company. You are not disrupting regular mail service because only the name, not address, is listed on the form and never submitted anywhere. It is kept just like an I-9 employment form. No one looks at it until its needed. However, the form must be notarized. You have three options--

9 Go to the local US consulate and have it notarized 9 Have the form notarized before you leave the US by a friend / relative / notary 9 Buy a notary stamp from alibaba.com or aliexpress.com

If asked, explain that you represent a small group of contractors working overseas and asking each of them to notarize a form is impossible. You can simply have the form notarized at the Consulate and add the names in section 12 before you submit it to My.US. If you run into any problems with My.US they will likely just ask for ID scans. Keep explaining how unrealistic it is to get everyones notarized signature. You shouldnt have a problem as a Premium + Mail customer.

  • In the event that My.US or any other agency requests scans, the following auto shop specializes in custom scans and photos and delivers almost instantly: http://zapili.cc US Passport scans, CA & NY State IDs, utility bills, UK passports, Swiss and many other EU ID cards are all available at the time of this writing. All documents referenced in this guide are available at Zapili. There is no registration fee.

Example of US Passport scan available at Zapili. You may choose to mail a bogus welcome package from your company to your newly created My.US address to confirm everything is in order before you attempt to send any banking documents. Once you have confirmed that you are able to receive and forward mail for more than two contacts in section 12 you may safely assume that your companys drop is fully functional.

  • c. Create Dropbox account The Four Horsemen method is increasingly repetitive the larger it scales. The earlier you begin working on ways to automate repetitive tasks, the faster you can focus on growing the business. You should only build each store once or twice at most. We will leverage the use of a WordPress plugin called wpb2d which dumps the entire contents of your site to your Dropbox application folder. We are going to dump a copy of each site to a subdirectory your Dropbox account. We will then pull from these copies each time we spin up a new instance or rebrand existing infrastructure. Search for the public plug-in wpb2d. Install and activate it. You must authorize the plugin to allow access to your Dropbox account.

    Choose continue, and then allow.

  • The root directory of wpb2d is located within the Apps directory of your Dropbox dashboard.

Dropbox root directory When it comes time to spin up new instances of either your primary node or your pool of eCommerce sites, all you need to do is install WordPress and a single plugin. You may use the same Dropbox account with as many sites as youd like as long as you configure the plugin to create a new directory rather than overwrite your files. This Dropbox account acts as the central repository for all future web stores.

Single web store instance saved to root directory

  • d. Create the first primary node

Its important to pay attention to the marketing language while shopping for a cPanel package. Only choose mini hosting plans to force separate accounts. We want to offload any sites as individual assets once we put things into motion so we must avoid grouping several domains under the same billing contact. It is slightly more expensive but well worth the cost if we expect to sell quickly at the end of our runs.

Log in to cPanel once you receive your credentials and install WordPress via Softaculous or One-Click.

Be sure to force the installation into the root directory by removing /wp from the field. Otherwise all of your pages, including shopping cart, will have the WordPress directory at the end of the domain

    Example:

    www.webstore.com/wp

    www.webstore.com

Follow the WordPress documentation to customize the site to your liking. The themes included in this package are specifically designed to work with WordPress and WooCommerce.

WordPress is installed on a Linux server as we require access to crontab.

The following plug-ins are required for use with The Four Horsemen method

    Plug-ins included with this package:

    9 WooCommerce payment gateways (various) 9 LadroN+ v1.2

Available via Search within Plug-ins tab:

    9 Disable Comments 9 WooCommerce 9 wpb2d 9 Contact Form 7 9 Sellfy Buy Now Button

NOTE: Over 25 plugins are included with this package to assist in your diversions. Only the above plug-ins are required for core functionality.

  • Preparation Four eCommerce shops are assigned to generate revenue from CVV data while one instance is designated as a primary node. The primary eCommerce instance is the eventual repository of funds generated by the other four instances. The Stripe account configured on the primary node, in a separate gateway powered by Sellfy, is removed from the primary node and re-assigned to one of the four web stores on a recurring schedule. Like we mentioned at the beginning of this document, LadroN+ is not to be used as a primary earning device until have exercised our Stripe accounts past the probation period of a 7 day hold. We are creating and nurturing an environment that allows for future data integrity tests through LadroN+ to be just as profitable as the secondary merchant runs with cleaned data.

Not the other way around. CVV data is imported into LadroN+ to be cleaned. We use the Live API with the expectation the account will more than likely be closed. If the Stripe account survives the initial payout period it is treated as a pleasant surprised as we have already begun to focus on the purchasing power of the second merchant. We stretch our data and our resources into up to four separate stages to equally maximize the integrity and earning potential of our data. Each cycle made larger due to the previous cycle. Funds passed through Sellfy are applied to a new Stripe accounts and the process is repeated.

Step 3 diverts funds to EU merchant account, US merchant accounts, or cashing out all via Sellfy on the primary node.

  • We structure our assets in a way that allows us to purge and panic in the event that we need a quick cash injection into our PayPal account or travel card. Each primary node can be utilized in ways other than acting a link in a chain.

9 The Sellfy gateway can be used for PayPal transfers (assuming the card is not associated with a PayPal account already)

9 We can aggregate all of our funds into a single Stripe account and provision ACH transfers in exchange for BTC.

9 We disguise the site as a CRM (explained in 4.c Diversions)

Following a schedule of creating one new store a week the full operation is realized after 5 weeks. After which the new Stripe account with non-disputable funds is moved to web store 1 and a new LadroN+ cycle with new CVV data is configured to take advantage of the 2 day payout schedule. Once the web store is burned we move onto the next one, create new LadroN+ jobs, then go back to rebuild the web store. Something is always moving. Always growing.

  • a. Build profiles Depending on your business you should profile your administrators around criteria such as age, city, state, education, or previous employers to keep things consistent. Dont use older females unless you have access to an older female that can call on your behalf in the event that you need to speak to someone. Use the following template to keep track of your profiles. Create a Stripe account for every profile. We will create secondary merchant accounts only as we need them. • b. Bank drops It is not absolutely necessary to secure a mail drop with My.US. It is highly recommended for the long term but if you have regular access to prepaid debit and/or travel cards capable of receiving ACH transfers you can safely begin the method. We have much more freedom in our choices since we never need to rely on Bitcoin exchanges or purchasing virtual currencies such as MMORPG gold. The bank drops only exist as temporary repositories since we enter into each run assuming that all components will eventually be lost or frozen, removed, or even sold. Prepaid cards such as ReadyDebit, NetSpend, will work just fine. Do not use low end retail banking like Ally Checking. Ally Banks Terms of Service clearly states that the account cannot be used for any merchant services whatsoever. You have no control over how Stripe posts to your account so deposits that show a description of STRIPE MERCHANT ACH are difficult to explain. Just rely on prepaid cards capable of receiving ACH deposits and you can accept payouts from Stripe just like receiving a paycheck via direct deposit. You organize these pay outs as you would be paying a developer, vendor, or employee from within the Stripe dashboard. A Swiss Travel Card application is included to allow you to use funds directly from your EU merchant accounts such as Paymill or WePay. The primary spending account should be your personal PayPal account with a MasterCard debit card. You can retrieve funds from ATMs all over the world, codified as tourism in country. PayPal actively promotes this because the fees are higher than traditional banks. Verified PayPal Business accounts can be purchased through BuyVCC.

  • c. Create Stripe account Stripe gathers your geo-IP data during registration so if you register an account from outside of the US you risk being grouped in with Beta customers and will not be eligible for a 2 day payout after the initial probation period has ended. All that is required is SSN + DOB. Understand that Stripe is very hard to work with. You will go through a lot of Stripe accounts. You will need to rebrand your web stores because of Stripe. Most of the administrative overhead of working this method is because of Stripe. This is the main reason we divert funds back into Stripe to exercise the account before we can begin using LadroN+ at a profit. Its an uphill battle. Thats why we put our primary focus on the secondary merchant account because the probability of an actual payout is much higher until we work past any limitations. Start slow and dont allow yourself to be surprised. Stripe will try to call before locking the account. Check the voice mail box every day to avoid surprises. Pair your administrators to individual Google Voice accounts so your voicemails are transcribed. There is the customary welcoming phone call Hello! /^/ However, when you receive a message that reads Mr. MonkeyBusiness /^ That means that death is imminent. All of your customers will be refunded. Stripe intentionally uses vague language in their Terms of Service. Your store must be well within the limitations of the Acceptable Use Policy or you risk freezing your account unexpectedly. Your store cannot sell or in any way support the following items:

9 Online or other non-face-to-face tobacco, e-cigarette sales, or related items (such as personal vaporizers or e-juice) 9 Weapons and munitions 9 Virtual currency that can be monetized, re-sold or converted to physical or digital products or services or otherwise

exit the virtual world 9 Sexually-oriented or pornographic products or services 9 Marijuana dispensaries and related businesses 9 Door-to-door sales 9 Offering substantial rebates or special incentives to the cardholder subsequent to the original purchase 9 Negative response marketing 9 Engaging in deceptive marketing practices 9 Sharing cardholder information with another merchant for payment of up-sell or cross-sell product or service 9 Evading Card Networks chargeback monitoring programs 9 Engaging in any form of licensed or unlicensed aggregation or factoring 9 Airlines 9 Age verification 9 Age restricted products or services

  • 9 Bail bonds 9 Bankruptcy lawyers 9 Bidding fee auctions 9 Collection agencies 9 Chain letters 9 Check cashing, wire transfers, or money orders 9 Counterfeit products 9 Currency exchanges or dealers 9 Embassies, foreign consulates, or other foreign governments 9 Firms selling business opportunities, investment opportunities, mortgage consulting or reduction, credit counseling,

repair or protection, or real estate purchases with no money down 9 Credit card and identity theft protection 9 Cruise lines 9 Essay mills 9 Flea markets 9 Drug paraphernalia 9 Extended warranties 9 Psychic services 9 Get rich quick schemes 9 Gambling (including but not limited to lotteries, Internet gaming, contests, sweepstakes, or offering of prizes as an

inducement to purchase products or services) 9 Sports forecasting or odds making 9 Illegal products or services 9 Mail-order brides 9 Money transmitters or money service businesses 9 Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes 9 Online or other non-face-to-face pharmacies or pharmacy referral services 9 Prepaid phone cards, phone services or cell phones 9 Pseudo pharmaceuticals 9 Quasi-cash or stored value 9 Securities brokers 9 Shipping or forwarding brokers 9 Substances designed to mimic illegal drugs 9 Telemarketing 9 Telecommunications equipment and telephone sales 9 Timeshares 9 Centralized travel reservation services or travel clubs 9 Personal computer technical support 9 Selling video game or virtual world credits (unless you are the operator of the video game or virtual world) 9 Selling social media activity, such as Twitter followers, Facebook likes, or YouTube views 9 Any product or service that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, or trade secrets of any third party 9 Any product, service or activity that is deceptive, unfair, predatory, or prohibited by one or more Card Networks 9 Funding any of the items included on this Prohibited Businesses list

Its a sizeable list but not impossible. Payment processors look for a number of things that may not be immediately obvious to someone just trying to smash and grab 500 USD through a payment gateway. Take your time and take some effort and add a single page exclusively for your terms and conditions. Two documents are included with this package. Both documents outline a generic terms and service statement for both the US and the United Kingdom. Change all company and contact information to match each web stores company name registered with the payment processor.

  • d. Secondary merchant accounts The first run with Stripe cleans our data and creates a protective barrier for our secondary merchant account. All declined or bad data is removed which allows for more accurate projecting and a higher level of confidence I suggest you look into WePay as its just as accessible as Stripe and you have near immediate access to your API keys so you are able to begin configuring and testing your web store while you wait for your application to be approved. You could theoretically string as many payment processors behind Stripe as you wanted but its unlikely that youll be able to get a third or fourth new charge out of the same CVV data before it is considered bad. Ideally you would work within a single billing period. You are free to use any payment processor that you manage to get approved for. As long as the payment gateway is easily integrated with WooCommerce via WordPress plug-in, everything remains as seamless as it does with Stripe. Adding and removing payment gateways for manual transactions is as simple as installing and activating single plugins. You will see your merchants account settings within the Checkout option of the WooCommerce store settings and you add the account to your reports with the Add Connector tab on SumAlls dashboard.

  • Staging a. Prepare web server instances Thankfully our standards are pretty low for what is considered an acceptable web server capable of hosting our operation.

9 Linux 9 Access to crontab 9 One-Click installs or similar application (for convenience only)

    Thats it.

We are not actively mailing anything and we do not need to seek bulletproof hosting because we are simply changing the context of our nefarious activities and hiding out in the open. Do not use Wordpress.com for hosting. Do not use free ad sponsored web hosting such as 000. This is your business and you should take it seriously. Dont make it look cheap. Give each web store of a budget of approximately 100 USD to account for everything for one year of operation. Depending on your secondary merchant account you may need to purchase an SSL certificate to use the WooCommerce Force SSL option otherwise your transactions may be flagged as insecure and refunded automatically. Some cPanel knock offs will have task scheduling utilities instead of direct access to crontab. This is not acceptable. Our requirements are simple but they are absolutely necessary and have no workaround.

  • b. Create baseline via wpb2d. You may use the same Dropbox account with as many sites as youd like as long as you configure the plugin to create a new directory rather than overwrite your files. This Dropbox account acts as the central repository for all future web stores.

Default wpb2d directory with single WordPress backup If you chose to create either a development or production environment within Amazon EC2 as described in 4.d you can skip everything to do with Dropbox and rely on volume snapshots from within the EC2 console. Remember that you can spin up new instances from either EC2 or wpb2d and you only need to change two parameters-

9 The Stripe API key in config.php 9 The exact syntax that we must schedule to run every 5 minutes in crontab

You should not build a new web store every time you need one. You should be a web store one, take a backup that is easily transferred between servers, and store it somewhere that is easily accessible, not matter where your web server is located. The majority of the administrative overhead for this method is managing Stripe accounts, managing contracts in oDesk, and creating product listings to keep things fresh. Dont work harder than you have to.

  • c. Configure LadroN+ v1.2 We need to make two changes before we can begin using LadroN+ to automate transactions.

9 Add the API key in config.php 9 Set cronjob

The following file must be updated with your Stripe.com SECRET LIVE API key so LadroN+ knows what account to credit when processing the transactions-- /wp-content/plugins/Ladron/config.php Open the file in the editor within cPanel. It will look like the following--

  • We add a cronjob to act as the service that will allow us to schedule purchases. The cronjob must run every 5 minutes regardless of whether or not we are processing transactions at that time. LadroN+ can only import CVV data in the following formats by default -- {creditcard number} {month} {year} {cvv} {first name} {last name} {...metadata...} {creditcard number} {month}/{year} {cvv} {first name} {last name} {...metadata...} {creditcard number}|{month}/{year}|{cvv}|{first name}|{last name}|{...metadata...} {creditcard number}|{month}|{year}|{cvv}|{first name}|{last name}|{...metadata...}

9 The parsing system will recognize each of the elements in each line and add them to the corresponding field in the table at the bottom of the page.

9 The parsing needs the month to come before the year. 9 The parsing system will consider the first number between 3 - 4 digits as a valid CVV/CVC

number. 9 The parsing system will consider the fifth element as the first name and the sixth element as the

last name. 9 The parsing system will try to find a valid email address in each line.

Give each imported base a descriptive name so when you create jobs you will have pools of CVVs to choose from. It is imperative for split testing as it not possible to search within the customer list after they've been imported. Each job is limited to one base, or customer list. It is not possible to stack bases within a single job. It is possible to use the same base for another purchase plan and schedule another job. You may alter the parser prior to importing each batch. You will notice a large form showing the following PHP code by default on the Customer list tab-- /* $dataline["base"] = ; $dataline["card"]["ccnum"] = ; $dataline["card"]["month"] = ; $dataline["card"]["year"] = ; $dataline["card"]["cvc"] = ; $dataline["holder"]["description"] = ; $dataline["holder"]["addressLine1"] = ; $dataline["holder"]["addressLine2"] = ; $dataline["holder"]["addressCity"] = ; $dataline["holder"]["addressState"] = ; $dataline["holder"]["addressCountry"] = ; $dataline["holder"]["addressZip"] = ; $dataline["holder"]["email"] = ; $dataline["holder"]["firstname"] = ; $dataline["holder"]["lastname"] = ; */

  • This parses CVV data exactly as outlined previously, no address data during the transaction, all metadata after last name is truncated-- {creditcard number} {month} {year} {cvv} {first name} {last name} {...metadata...} {creditcard number} {month}/{year} {cvv} {first name} {last name} {...metadata...} {creditcard number}|{month}/{year}|{cvv}|{first name}|{last name}|{...metadata...} {creditcard number}|{month}|{year}|{cvv}|{first name}|{last name}|{...metadata...} IMPORTANT: You can change the parser to include all billing address information appended after the last name by replacing the entire contents of the default PHP code on the Customer List tab with the following -- $dataline["card"]["ccnum"] = trim($dataline["holder"]["firstname"]); $dataline["card"]["month"] = trim($dataline["holder"]["lastname"]); $dataline["card"]["year"] = trim($dataline["metadata"][0]); $dataline["card"]["cvc"] = trim($dataline["metadata"][1]); $dataline["holder"]["addressLine1"] = $dataline["metadata"][4]; $dataline["holder"]["addressCity"] = $dataline["metadata"][5]; $dataline["holder"]["addressState"] = $dataline["metadata"][6]; $dataline["holder"]["addressCountry"] = $dataline["metadata"][8]; $dataline["holder"]["addressZip"] = trim($dataline["metadata"][7]); $first_last = explode(" ", $dataline["metadata"][2]); $dataline["holder"]["firstname"] = $first_last[0]; unset($first_last[0]); $dataline["holder"]["lastname"] = implode(" ", $first_last); This parses the CVV and forces the address into columns so that CVV data entered in the following format 4120890000760141 | 04/14 | 825 | AARON BOALS / AARON BOALS | 1276 S STREET | SPRINGFIELD | OR | 97477 Imports into the customer list like shown

Click Add with the updated PHP code in the form and your CVV data loaded into each field. You will see a confirmation at the top of the screen.

  • IMPORTANT: Leading zeroes are truncated by default! All CVCs and zip codes that begin with 0 will be truncated! Remove these entries and add them to your cleaned data or dedicate a zero only manual node. UK CVV data is not supported! Each entry will show the last 4 digits of the CVV after it has been imported. It is not currently possible to search within an imported base. You are ready to create purchase plans once your CVV data has been imported as you now have a pool of customers to assign. We know that LadroN+ acts like a simple scheduler. You create a purchase plan of a single transaction that will trigger at a recurring interval, each time pulling a predefined number of customers from the selected base. Now that all the data is set we must choose the frequency of the purchases. We schedule how often and how many CVVs are pulled for each cycle. We must give the purchase plan a name such as 59.98 ACTIVATION FEE to show on Stripe's transaction history as well as our customers credit card statement. A valid phone number is required for voice communication. No short codes are sent for any sort of verification. Google Voice works fine. Whatever phone number you used to register your merchant account will show on your customer invoice as well. If we imported 100 CVVs and we named that batch BASE01, the process to begin the transactions would go like this Run purchase for 59.98 USD against 1-3 customers from BASE01 every 15 minutes each week beginning on Monday. Confirm the local currency is correct and save your plan. We will use this plan when we schedule our first customer job. Once a job is created and scheduled you will see the following data in the far right column -- Between: Base: Customers: Plan: Possible gains: Status: Working / Stopped Jobs must be manually started by clicking the "Start" button under "Status". The "last run" column shows the date of the most recent activity. You can see results instantly in Stripes dashboard. You should see a timestamp within minutes of a successful run. If your jobs are not posting timestamps it is because your cronjob is not running or is configured at the incorrect interval. It must run every 5 minutes.

  • Currently there is no way for LadroN+ to securely pass transaction reporting data anywhere outside the application. Clicking the "LadroN+" tab within the WordPress dashboard will give you a general overview of the current state of your site. The output is shown below. Account Balance Available Balance Pending Balance Activities: Payments (0) 0 Bank Transfers (0) 0 Customers: Working Cards 0 Declined Cards 0 Bases: BASENAME 0 Cards (0 Worked, 0 Declined) Jobs: Bank Jobs Customer Jobs Banks: Plans: 0 Cronjob: URL http://www.monkeybusiness.org/?cronjob_secret=89bf876c8cdf195692aa4cff1 Crontab */5 * * * * /usr/bin/curl --silent http://www.monkeybusiness.org/?cronjob_secret=89bf876c8cdf195692aa4cff1 You must to manually configure cron at your host- just add this line into your crontab. Without this configuration LadroN+ will not work. --- The message about scheduling the cronjob will persist even after it has been configured correctly. The "Last run" timestamp in the jobs panel confirms if the cronjob is running.

  • d. Supplementing reporting with SumAll (optional) We can rely on third party reporting applications to make up for the disconnect between LadroN+ and any manual transactions in your merchant accounts. This greatly reduces the need to check the account balances individually by logging into each dashboard. Your Stripe account activity is organized by domain so you can easily manage feeds from countless Stripe accounts within the same interface. You can stack and aggregate several different processors within the same interface. Stripe, Authorize, PayPal, and many others can be consolidated into a single report. SumAll has both an IOS and Android app so you may have your statistics delivered to your phone in real time with no manual intervention. All free. Its as simple as clicking Add Connector. Choose your payment processor, enter your API and credentials, wait for your data to be imported and organized. Its simple, clean, straightforward, and its the fastest and easiest way to see the general overview of your entire operation.

Stripe account activity is organized by domain in the SumAll dashboard.

  • d. Creating a dev environment in Amazon EC2 You may choose to use the same wpb2d directory to seed your site to a separate instance for testing or design purposes. It would be no different than any real web application in that you have a production environment and a development environment. You can use the same wpb2d application to commit your changes back and forth by saving and restoring to the same subdirectory. At the very least your dev environment can be used to host RDP sessions for your administrative tasks like importing custom lists or manually entering transactions. Read about the introductory Amazon Web Services free usage tier here-- http://aws.amazon.com/free/ We are specifically interested in Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2). We can do the following within the free introduction period--

9 750 hours of Amazon EC2 Linux Micro Instance usage (613 MB of memory and 32-bit and 64-bit platform support) enough hours to run continuously each month*

9 750 hours of Amazon EC2 Microsoft Windows Server Micro Instance usage (613 MB of memory and 32-bit and 64-bit platform support) enough hours to run continuously each month*

9 750 hours of an Elastic Load Balancer plus 15 GB data processing* 9 30 GB of Amazon Elastic Block Storage, plus 2 million I/Os and 1 GB of snapshot storage*

All that is required is an Amazon account that has never signed up for AWS. Register and sign into the console -- https://console.aws.amazon.com/console/home You are met with the entire list of AWS product offerings. We are only interested in EC2. You may create server instances in the following regions, or, as Amazon calls them, Availability Zones-- US East (Northern Virginia) Region us-east-1 US West (Oregon) Region us-west-2 US West (Northern California) Region us-west-1 EU (Ireland) Region eu-west-1 Asia Pacific (Singapore) Region Asia Pacific (Sydney) Region ap-southeast-2 Asia Pacific (Tokyo) Region ap-northeast-1 South America (Sao Paulo) Region sa-east-1 *** Not all AZs have instances available for the free usage tier

  • Within the main EC2 dashboard you will see a large blue button for "Launch Instance". This is where we are going to configure and launch our Windows Server. Choose the following towards the bottom of the list of Operating Systems -- Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 SP1 Datacenter edition, 64-bit architecture. [English] Micro instances are eligible for the AWS free usage tier. For the first 12 months following your AWS sign-up date, you get up to 750 hours of micro instances each month. When your free usage tier expires or if your usage exceeds the free tier restrictions, you pay standard, pay-as-you-go service rates. You don't need a VPC just for RDP hosts. We can use EC2-Classic. Use the default values when creating the server. Check that port 389 is open for RDP on the security group settings otherwise you will not be able to connect to your instance. You will need to create a key pair to decrypt your password for the initial connection. Follow the directions on the key pair creation screen and save it to an encrypted volume. Give your instance about 30-40 minutes to spool up completely. When your instance shows the green indicator mark and you see it is running, choose connect. Enter the key that you just created to decrypt your Windows Admin password. To create a shortcut click Start -> Run > mstsc

Expand Options, enter your credentials and choose to save the file on your desktop. You only need the key pair to decrypt your passport for the first time. Keep this shortcut within an encrypted volume.

  • Execution a. Automate transactions with LadroN+ If you know exactly where your CVV data is coming from, exactly the kinds of purchases that lead to up you receiving the CVV, the options increase greatly since we are able to speculate on the purchasing profile and tailor what the API is going to post to the credit card bill. We do not spoof large companies when our Stripe account posts to the customers credit card bill. Amazon partners do not need their own payment processors. Small, discreet transactions have a higher chance of blending into the customers bill for up to three months. You can potentially reuse the same data for up to three billing cycles if you stay conservative. Billing details such as

    9 59.98 ACTIVATE FEE | QUALMED (555)-999-2525 9 27.44 SHELLCO OIL COMPANY | (555)-999-2525 9 34.33 MAYNARD DRUGS | (555)-999-2525

-- Perform exponentially better than expensive transactions or, even, flat, predictable numbers. Dont try to get clever with your transaction amounts. It is unlikely that you will have access to any of the funds for the first several runs or at least until youve exercised your Stripe account past the 7 day hold. NOTE: LadroN+ rounds up the transaction amount to the nearest dollar. Your dashboard may show 30 USD for a charge that is posted as $27.88.

  • This is an example of a Stripe account that was frozen. The API stopped accepting transactions and all customers were refunded. We see the pending balance is now $0.00. Its possible to negotiate a percentage hold if your account is under investigation. Stripe will agree to hold amounts leading up to 50% for 90 days until all pending transactions clear with no disputes. There is nothing in the dashboard that indicates a hold. You will see the date of the next transfer change every day until the hold is released.

This shows a healthy Stripe account.

  • Analyze data exported from the Stripe dashboard from either the payments or customers tab.

This data is exported to Excel spreadsheet by default. Only the last four digits of the card number will be exported. We must merge the original base and updated spreadsheet, pruning bad CVV and address data.

Take note of the column to the far right, Card AVS Status

  • b. Known Good Data The idea of manually entering hundreds of CVVs just isnt practical so instead we are going to post an ad on oDesk and get people in the Philippines to do it for us under the guise of assisting with data integrity checks following a failed database migration. Theres no reason to do anything yourself when we can easily frame our problems in the context of a variety of real world scenarios. WordPress busywork is exceptionally accessible and nearly every web developing contractor on oDesk is qualified to assist. Even if your project steps slightly outside the oDesk TOS, no one is going to complain in the middle of an active contract with billable hours. Find a generic Non-Disclosure Agreement for your contractors and create a small project on your node with the following characteristics--

9 Changing payment processors 9 Updating Corporate identity 9 QA testing 9 Performance testing 9 Manual data entry 9 Manual database migrations 9 Bogus CRM backend

Its an unfair generalization as Im sure there are some great people in India and Bangladesh, the original players in the game, but I have had the best experiences with female virtual assistants from the Philippines. The attention to detail and English skills are the best value for 10 dollars an hour which is a respectable amount of money for both parties. If you are trying to exploit people by offering 2 dollars an hour you will get results that look like you spent 2 dollars an hour. Take yourself and your contractors seriously. Tasks that were previously out of reach become viable solutions when we begin to think about the time we are willing to save and the amount of money we are willing to spend to save it. That amount of money that we charged to receive and forward packages to rich Brazilian women is the same amount of money we use to purchase 3 hours of assistants from contractors on oDesk. 3 hours is more than enough time to process at least known good 100 CVVs. Included in this package is a CodeCanyon WordPress plug-in to add CRM functionality to your eCommerce site. Utilize this when working with Team Philippines to give the impression that you are legitimately updating customer records. Rather than just entering CVV data from a spreadsheet into a half-assed jQuery payment box, create a process to dilute and confuse the primary task. Purchase bulk Outlook accounts off Fiverr and add them to customer records. The naming convention will be hashed like [email protected], but can be easily explained as part of the project. You dont say, I need to you do X. You say I need you to do X, Y, Z, and update the record per the process. These same records can be presented to your payment processor if they threaten a hold.

  • d. Diversions After our run through secondary merchant we have several directions we can take--

9 Cash out via Sellfy on primary node 9 Prepare CVVs for a second full run 9 Funnel funds into new merchant accounts via Sellfy on primary node 9 Park the domain as an asset or run an Adsense campaign for 12 months 9 Prepare the web store to dump on Flippa

At this point cashing out should be self-explanatory. Again, PayPal is to be treated as your personal account for ease of use and accessibility. Verified PayPal Business accounts can be purchased through BuyVCC. Change your payment settings in Sellfy from PayPal to Stripe or Paymill to switch between merchant accounts. If you choose to divert funds from the previous run into a Stripe account, just enter the API keys from a new or existing profile to add non-disputable funds to your accounts balance. We use Sellfy as an extra precautionary measure against the Stripe account. By eventually removing the Sellfy gateway and adding our own shopping cart configured with Stripe API keys, we give the impression of organic growth that will hopefully correlate with the funds we are going to inject to exercise the account. It makes no sense for someone to seek an additional 2.5% just to process fraudulent transactions and thats exactly why we do it. Move the funds through the primary node either yourself or via a task for Team Philippines layered in with cleaned CVV data.

  • d. Flopping with Flippa Flippa is an established marketplace for people to buy and sell domains and websites. It is still surprisingly active considering the amount of garbage that is bought and sold on the marketplace. We are going to stand out simply because our site is much more than rearranged SEO articles with a kitschy domain name. We position it as a small turn-key solution, something that can be grown out of a spare bedroom much like our shipping company back home. The merchant account was opened using DOB + SSN of the sole proprietor meaning that we cannot sell or otherwise hand it over. We ask the new owner to open a merchant account and update the site with the new API keys. Buying and selling digital assets like top level domains or websites is driven entirely by hype. There are countless tools like Alexa and Prosper that attempt to turn it into a science but what we seek is what is reflected back to us and that is what creates our Internet experience. Everyone is different. Never before have people been able to completely end a sales pitch by clicking a little X in the corner. This causes people to have some really outrageous and ridiculous ideas about traffic and conversion and its often difficult to figure out who you can take seriously on the marketplace. Dont stress it. Begin by lowballing your site and labeling it a labor of love. A one or two thousand dollar exclamation mark to end the project. There are some things we can do to improve the curb appeal of our turn-key package. Every potential buyer is going to ask about unique visitors. Find an SEO service on Fiverr.com. There are countless listings offering 10k, 20k, 100k visitors for anywhere between 5 and 25 USD. It's all trash of course. PPC wouldn't make a dime off any of this traffic but that's not what we're after. We just want something cheap to unique visitors. We dont want conversions just blind redirects from Facebook and Twitter spam. Our earnings from the second cycle is what we will use to links the traffic and "sales" together so we do not have to work too hard to spoof our conversions when we hand off the package to the new owner. Google Analytics data showing a consistent number of visitors but no conversions along with an exported customer list from the last successful wash through our secondary merchant can be easily attributed to misconfiguration or simply not understanding how the tools work. Your merchant account shows otherwise. A small, inactive account with an order fulfilment company such as Molding Box can give your non-existent physical products credibility as your part-time CSR team, based out of the Philippines, can explain.

  • The Permanent Vacation It is admittedly difficult to stay motivated while traveling and not for the reasons that are obvious. Repeating the same tasks over and over is boring and allows us to become lazy. Focus on your diversions and tasks that can be outsourced to keep your creativity fresh. What makes the Four Horsemen method so effective is that we have a set schedule by design rather than a huge cloud of failed experiments. We work towards a goal. There is enough structure to generate income in a way that is predictable but not quite enough work to keep us tied to a laptop or a smartphone 24 hours a day. We limit our manual intervention by identifying ways we can frame tasks to be outsourced. Utilize tools such as The Big Mac Index to research the costs of living around the world and apply the same tactics of leveraging currencies to create travel paths. Europe must be handled carefully due to the strength of the Euro against the BRL, etc. If you are willing to fly with 5 connections and a 3 hour layover in Peru, it may be more economical to fly into the US via Miami by taking advantage of promotions marketed as shopping trips to our beloved rich Brazilian women. One way tickets can be had for less than 400 BRL in the low season of the local tourism economy. That is barely 200 USD to fly 7000km.

Shortest route through Europe visiting all capital cities.

  • All countries worth visiting require a visa. Its much easier to rely on a service rather than waiting in line all day at the Consulate only to find out you have completed the application incorrectly. You will need to FedEx or DHL your physical passport but the agency is usually held liable in the event of a problem and the turnaround is very quick. No questions after your initial application has been approved. opt for a multiple entry visa. This allows you to spend a fixed amount of days within the country versus a fixed number of times through the border. This is a bureaucratic hassle that can be avoided by simply checking a box on your application. I do not suggest attempting to forge any documents in the visa process but you can get away with forging proof of return for most all tourist visas. Many countries require proof that you are actually going to leave if you visit their country and this is met by providing your full itinerary before you are issued a visa. You may choose to create a return ticket to accompany the one way ticket you purchased with frequent flyer miles. You can use a site such as Expedia to book your flight up until it is time to actually pay. Save the page locally as full site and edit the HTML in a text editor. Open the page in your web browser, print the page and include it with your visa application that you will mail to the visa agent. If planning to apply for a business visa in countries such as Brazil or China, be prepared to present an official letter of invitation by the company that will be sharing the responsibility of hosting a foreigner. Your behavior is your biggest liability. Once you get comfortable outsourcing tasks you will be amazed at the projects youll think of and the work you can avoid. Dedicating yourself to four web stores and a single primary node each month will allow plenty of room for a healthy work life balance. If you are working 60 hours a week you are not working correctly. Use the instructions outlined in section 4.d to create RDPs within Amazon EC2 and do not rely on any local application such as Bootcamp, VirtualBox, or VMWare. Keep these RDPs for all configuration, maintenance, and manual transactions and you can access your entire environment from anywhere. There is no need to keep anything locally on your machine or keep any applications that could be considered suspicious. You can hire assistants in the Philippines and provide RDPs within an American IP block. Completely remove the need to explain any software with the people that may share your computer. Do not seek port scanners, MAC address changers, Kali Linux, proxy clients, etc., unless you absolutely have a reason to do so. These applications are completely and totally unnecessary for our operation. Invest only in a variety of VPN providers to give yourself options during periods of unexpected downtime. A persistent VPN and small encrypted volume is all you need.

  • A physical phone may not even be necessary if you can safely rely on services such as Google Voice. All messages are transcribed and delivered to your inbox by default. You can read your voice mails and manage communication for multiple accounts without even picking up a phone. Keep a portable USB key with your RDP shortcuts and administrator profiles in raw text within a volume encrypted with TrueCrypt and you can manage your environment from an Internet caf or LAN house. Rely on the third party applications to report back to you via iPhone apps or daily digest emails. Theres no reason to log into your RDPs every day or to constantly log into your account dashboards. Let the data come to you and outsource as much as you can. Its possible to slowly dissolve away all but the most critical tasks, such as purchasing CVV data, and frame everything else as QA testing or simple data entry. We are not simply purchasing CVVs. We are purchasing customers. Customers that do not know they are customers but they should be treated the same way. Information is about context. Own it and manage it. Be the boss but treat Team Philippines with respect. They are trying to make it just like everyone else. Look effortless. Be polite. Be generous. Be so ridiculous that people question themselves before they would think to question you. You must take yourself seriously before you can ask anyone to do so. Dont let that be the hardest part of this method. ;) Good luck and be safe!
